On election day, everyone remembered that CNN exisited. The original cable news network hit a number in adults 18-49 that would not look out of place next to “Big Bang Theory,” “The Walking Dead,” “Modern Family” or “The Voice.”

All the tallying hurt “Sons of Anarchy,” which hit a season low.  But it was still the highest-rated piece of non-Election programming on that night.
