Nope? Cancelled by end of Season 2.

So Catfish is exposed for what it was from the beginning...

an overblown dating show.

Catfish was one of the best horror films of the last decade.
by adeceasedfan
Yeah, I know it's not quote unquote horror, but that shit was scary. Even more so because it's real. I wish they hadn't called the new series Catfish.
-
i do, but you havent said much.

Fillion is a prima dona and getting FAT.

Two broke girls is actually a funny show. CBS got the better end of the Whitney deal.
by mistergreen
-
Everyone was great. Especially Stana and Lauren Zaks, the producer. Fillion was a bit bigger last year, but he's slimmed back down, but he's still not at Captain Mal weight.
-
That explains everything. JJ got ya beat again.

Sarcasm?

Breaking news: 'Continuum' makes its US debut on SyFy 1/14/13: They picked up BOTH S1 & S2
by Paul Hanlin Jr
Finally, CBS will start regretting scapegoating Rachel Nichols (remember Criminal Minds season 6 and all the hubbub stoopid fans caused?): http://bit.ly/SIS1Sa. SyFy picked up BOTH seasons of the show (season 1 which aired up Canada way in May and was the country's top-rated basic cable scripted series, as it turns out) and season 2, which will begin filming in Vancouver in a couple months. WOOT!
-
You mean it's not real? I bet next you'll try and tell me Real Housewives isn't real, but ohhh nooo mister...it says so right in the title.
-
Oh, and Revolution was doomed from the beginning.
-
but that commercial looks embarrassingly bad. So much filler (reading the e-mail, talking about the e-mail, then *deciding* let's go!, watching them get on the plane...), and the *investigation* looks silly. Are we really ging to watch them do google searches and facebook stalk people? The commercial actually showed one of them taking a picture of his laptop with his iPhone. That must have been a real gotcha moment.
-
Is going to fucking KILL Revolution. It goes on hiatus in December and it won't return until March of 2013. Piss poor planning there!

Revolution is barely watchable - which is a slight step up from V, Alcatraz and most other niche network TV
by FrodoFraggins
Boring "by the numbers" characters is the main problem. Poor acting and writing as well.
-
sorry ya'll read this shit http://insidetv.ew.com/2012/11/12/revolution-pitch/ things i took from it. - funny how even NBC realise they cant put out another fucking cop drama. -execs were pulled in by a "higher-than-high concept" - nbc execs are fucking stupid, don't watch TV, have no concept of genres or what would work from a pitch. - JJ realises that a sucker is born every minute and realises that distraction and misdirection aka "the magic box" Ted talk is enough to pull those fuckers in. it not what you know, it's who you know eh?
-
Havent' seen this episode but it better be good. On the other end of the spectrum of apocalyptic worlds, the Adventure Time season premiere was pretty good. Weird, but good.
-
"Revolution" - they're fighting AGAIN? I gave up after 20 minutes. "Revenge" - What began as a great caper show has devolved into a soap opera where I can't keep track of who's who to who, who's done what to who, what was done to who, etc. It's become way too convoluted. Or maybe I'm just getting old.....

I'm not impressed with revolution. the promo's are not that exciting. I dont think NBC can do a syfy show on a grand scale.
by Norman Colson
I remember flash forward which was very good and intricate with the story but it got canceled and we never got the answers we was looking for. which was bullshit. revolution will be canned before we get any progress... if the network cannot commit to having a show go through the complete story arc then it is fucking pointless...
-
that surprises those watching so much they will eagerly anticipate the show's return next year. A finale so huge it creates a buzz that also brings back viewers who bailed on the show and new viewers too. Otherwise I think, by the time March rolls around, the majority of the audience will have moved on. Its grip on its audience is weakening; 4 months off the air most likely won't help. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, unless the heart wasn't that fond to begin with; in that case absence makes the heart go "meh".

Giancarlo Esposito is the only thing holding my interest in Revolution
by cromulent
I think he's the best and most interesting part of the show. Wish they'd put a lot more focus on him rather than our rag tag group of heroes.
