Let me tell bout I guy I know he's so funny, Yea, he's the coolest mothafucka in all pawnee. Indiana. Shit.
-
Funny thing is I actually HATED Jean Ralphio at first (and mind you I started watching P&R late, so I watched the entire first 2 seasons in marathons), but he's totally won me over by now. That one tag at the end of the one episode I think last season, where the whole thing is done in one shot, he's being walked around an office by presumably his new boss after an interview, and by the time they're done walking he's already been fired -- genius.
-
Your last episode two weeks ago was just awful.
-
Last week it was a surprise wednesday episode and now It's not even on this week? The fuck NBC? The voice is gay, stop airing it
-
The success of The Voice is one of the main reasons NBC is able to continue to put money into shows like 30 Rock, Community and Parks & Rec.
-
I almost quit, but the first half of S6 had been pretty good. Looks like S7 is going to be the last one. Last Resort's short leash, OTOH...

She is the least fun person on the history of the Earth.
-
I'd love to have the series end that way, the whole have had their moments of self pitty and whinning, but those two are the worse, I think a great plot line to end the show would be a suicde pact between the two of them
-
HILARIOUS!!
-
Is very close to a deal with AMC to bring back The Killing. I loved season 2 so bring it on bitches!!
-
seems like his character arc over the last dozen episodes is a swift fall into depression. Could the season end with rob lowe offing himself, Is he signed for next season?
-
Kevin's underwear appearance in the background was outstanding. However, I will say: no way does Andy leave Erin behind for that tripe. He's a doofus, but he's not THAT much of a doofus. If I wasn't spending my time sailing that boat, it'd be spent nailing her for hours at a time.

over that last bacon-wrapped shrimp.

Am I the only one who watches (and kind of likes) Elementary?
by Volllllume3
I'm a sucker for detective shit.
-
I like Elementary as well, it's an interesting show that has some great actors in it. It's refreshing to see Lucy Liu play a different character than she usually plays. Also Jonny Lee Miller is great in this roll.
-
The Office is more irritating than anything else these days. Andy and Erin have always felt forced, but the way they are sabotaging the relationship is even more clumsy than how they brought them together. Parks and rec was probably the funniest of the season, but Chris character is starting to feel like dead weight, in spite of Rob Lowe killing it every week.
-
I still can't bring myself to give this show a chance. If they hadn't of bastardized the Holmes name I'd have no problem with it. I loved House, and the two dozen other Holmes inspired detective shows on tv have never bothered me. But as far as I can tell, Elementary is NOT Holmes. They could have given the two characters any other names besides Holmes and Watson, kept the backstory of a brilliant detective just out of rehab and nothing would be different. It's just a cynical attempt to capitalize off of the success of Sherlock, and sadly it seems to be working. Anyway, that's my gripe.

volllllume3, maybe no one's watching because the BBC version is vastly superior...
by 2for2true
...to CBS's by-the-numbers show. Honestly, I couldn't tell the difference between Elementary and any other of CBS's dreadful dramas. It's like they all come out of a giant machine, prepackaged with just the right amount of gore. If you really like detective shows, and especially Sherlock Homes, you ain't seen nothing until you see Benedict Cumberpatch. He fucking owns that role, now.

I think the office writters are trying to make andy as dumb as Micheal with love
by Redhead_Redemption
Andy really isn't as stupid as to ignore Erin like that, Micheal would have done that but andy is smarter then that. Yes he's always had a loveable innocence about him but since he became branch manager they have trid to dumb him down because it worked so well with steve carrell I still think the show is great, tonights prank on dwight reminded me of the earlier seasons and Any episode with more Kevin is always welcome. I pissed myself when all of a sudden as Herc posted above he was in his underwear Sad that this is the final year because i really thjink the show has more life in it One odd thing is that they seem to acknowledge the cameras more, Oscer's problem would have worked just as well if Kevin just saw him, why did it have to be the camera crew that he had to explain himself too and have kevin overhear that?
-
really piling on the cameos and guest stars for their final season. Love the love for Breaking Bad cast Next Week -- Biden (I bet they shot two scenes one for win/loss of election). Hopefully they'll have a Clinton on -- Hillary or Bill (to perform the wedding ceremony!!)

with my insane, undying love for the Sherlock Holmes name, I thought I WAS going to have to (practically against my will) watch Elementary
by TheSeeker7
Simply BECAUSE it was a "Sherlock Holmes" piece. I did watch the pilot, and confirmed my long suspicion that it was laughably bad. I watched 2 more episodes after that, and saw it was absolutely no different than any other CBS crime procedural, just using generic, made up stories. They didn't come anywhere even close to using any of the original short stories for episodes. All in all, I'm proud to say that I haven't watched a single minute past those first 3 episodes, and it'll stay that way.
-
And agree with tye dye man, the Andy-Erin pair up was painfully artificial, the slow burn breakup even more so. And last week's 30 Rock was hilarious (I watch everything on hulu, didn't even realize it was an on a different night, was wondering why I didn't see it in the talkbacks).
-
But that doesn't mean I can't enjoy Elementary too.
