AICN HORROR EXCLUSIVE: Check out this exclusive clip from OUTPOST: BLACK SUN! It’s got Nazis! It’s got zombies! It’s got Nazi zombies!!!
Ambush Bug here with another exclusive premiere of a clip from the new film OUTPOST: BLACK SUN which will be available on VOD on October 4th! The film, directed by Steve Barker, is a follow-up to the Ray Stevenson Nazi Zombie film OUTPOST, which I’ve heard good things about, but have yet to see. Here’s the official synopsis to the sequel; Pursuing a notorious Nazi war criminal in present-day Eastern Europe, a young woman uncovers a deadly army of zombie Nazi soldiers intent on the rise of the Fourth Reich.
Here’s the exclusive clip!
And here’s the official trailer for the film…
Have you seen the first OUTPOST? How was it? And how do you think the trailer looks?

Outpost was ] fun. Stevenson and Richard Brake help elevate the film in terms of performances, but how can you go wrong with Nazis and the occult? Oh wait, I forgot about The Unholy... well, you can go wrong, but Outpost doesn't. Good period details, good FX, slow build but pays it off. I'd love to see more from the same creative crew.

So I guess that's good. I'm looking forward to checking out the Outpost. Stevenson is always pretty fun as a badass.

It is a reall ygood sequel. It has the same entertaining NaziZombie stuff, feels realistic and has some good actors. The second one has more action and good FX. The only thing I did not like that much was this remote control zombie mechanism. It was explained in the movie but as a mechanism (no pun intended) for storytelling it seemed a bit lazy. Enjoyable movies, some great moments and ... Nazi Zombies and Occult Nazi Technology.

Loved it, watched it so many times with friends who hadn't seen it, everyone loved it. I was really looking forward to seeing Black Sun...however it turned out to be absolute rubbish. My friend were so pissed off at what a piece of shit was that they left the room within about 20 minutes, leaving me to finish it by myself. Somehow i managed to make it to the end, but it was awful, a textbook example of how not to make a sequel. I would say it was laughable, but i didn't find it funny.

Ray Stevenson was great in that movie. All in all it was a good underground B movie that I wanted on my shelf.

>_< Just sayin...

The Outpost movies are both really good examples of what can be done on a low budget with a proper bit of vision and ambition. If you're getting bored of the endless running zombies / slow zombie movies then big hulking growling nazi zombies are an interesting alternative. It's good to see something different. Some of the guys who worked on Outpost 2 went off and made an 8 minute extended trailer for a comedy Kung Fu project. (yes I am part field man/part plant). ... LOVED the first Outpost movie! I love all things Zombie and Horror, and this was one of the FEW movies/stories, that had a fairly original take on the whole 'Zombie' idea. VERY well done, I.M.O. xZx

It's got two titles and yet neither say much of anything.

...speaking in favor of Outpost. It was a tidy little horror movie.
