Brickleberry looks a bit dumb. Mindy Project looks worse.

    by happybunni

Not sure why they wanted to give "Kelly" her own show.. Weird

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 6:29 p.m. CST

Sons of Anarchy is the best show on tv

    by georgecauldron

Gets no love from critics, though.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 7:24 p.m. CST

That clip from BrickleBerry just feels like it's trying too hard.

    by iamnicksaicnsn

Very overt/over-the-top jokes that seemingly are going for a Family Guy vibe with the cuts to non-sequitor scenes but don't actually land in the same way. In the sense that they aren't funny and the timing is off.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 8:32 p.m. CST

    Arlo!

    by Beebop

Arlo Givens as Old Nick was chock full of win. "New Girl" was hit and miss tonight, much like last year, but it's still funny when it hits.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 9:07 p.m. CST

    I really liked Mindy.

    by jimbojones123

Fun writing and very introspective. I may be alone on this island, but it is the best new show I have seen.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 9:23 p.m. CST

MINDY KALING? YEAH I'D DEFINITELY FUCK THAT!!!

    by Jared Parker

hot as fuck indian woman? FUCK YEAH, BITCHES!!!

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 9:53 p.m. CST

    Tonight's Son of Anarchy

    by v1cious

That was.... just... fuck! I'm at a loss for words. I really wanna know how the show's gonna carry on after this.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 9:54 p.m. CST

    Sons

    by v1cious

    Fuck!

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 9:55 p.m. CST

Yup, Mindy show was pretty good.

    by mistergreen

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 9:59 p.m. CST

Top gear FINALE? Think you mean last ep before break?

    by holysin

Top gear (us) was renewed for a 16 episode 3rd season. 6 episodes have now aired. the remaining *10* episodes in the SAME season will air early next year. Finale = *final* episode of a series, or at least season. not final episode before a multi-month break. Don't scare us like that.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 10:51 p.m. CST

    Sons of Anarchy

    by Dash D

They just brought it to a different level tonight. Fuck! That was some hardcore shit. No one is safe.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 10:58 p.m. CST

FUCK ME!!! THAT SOA WAS SICK, TONIGHT!!!

    by Jared Parker

i never thought they would kill off opie. sutter is a hardcore nutjob. one of my favorite characters on the show is gone.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 11:01 p.m. CST

    ^^^^^Spoiler alert ^^^^^^^^^

    by Dash D

Careful what you post before the show airs in the West.

  • Sept. 25, 2012, 11:54 p.m. CST

Tonight's SOA: kept hoping there would be a way around it. There wasn't.

    by Uncle Pooky

And so, we say goodbye to arguably the most tragic character on TV. RIP.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 12:45 a.m. CST

    SOA an mindy kailing.

    by Norman Colson

Just finished SOA it was tragic and sad. im heartbroken just like jax was... Why??? did he have to die? On mindy. I think she's cute but not hot. i mean she's fuckable but she seems kinda annoying for a long term girlfriend.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 12:52 a.m. CST

    sons

    by darkpassenger

damn that was a really cheesy and cliche death, flashbacks to walking dead #100

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 1:32 a.m. CST

    wow. fucking soa.

    by jsfithaca

i think this seasons gonna be the best one so far. might be able to finally put the show in emmy territory. all three episodes so far have been top-notch.

  • This one will not be leaving my mind for a while

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 1:47 a.m. CST

    Brickleberry was pretty bad, bummer

    by Domi'sInnerChild

Had low expectations, but they clearly should stick to riffing off youtube videos and not knockoff Family Guy. It had a surprisingly similar subplot of the bear looking for unhealthy food that my kid watched on Garfield this morning.

  • I wish Opie had gotten a happy ending... Fuck. This was not it. I wanted him to end up with Lyla, happy and raising their kids, far away from the club. Fuck fuck fuck.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 5:16 a.m. CST

    SOA

    by MegaBeth

Not that SOA is even remotely realistic, I have to say it was realistic to kill Opie off. All of the Sons are homicidal Psychopaths. There is noway any of them will survive this show to live happilly ever after. They will either all die, or go to prison. It is the only way to realistically end the show. The ride to the end, however, will be very entertaining. Great show.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 8:27 a.m. CST

    Damn, SOA

    by zer0cool2k2

My favorite character on one of my favorite shows is now gone. Damn, just... damn.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 9:39 a.m. CST

    obijuan

    by Jared Parker

if you don't want to be spoiled don't read posts until you have seen the episode. it's not my fault you went searching the internet if you haven't seen the ep

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 9:56 a.m. CST

    megabeth

    by Rhuragh

Technically they are sociopaths. Sociopaths see the rules of society and choose to ignore them. Psychopaths don't even realize that there ARE rules.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 10:05 a.m. CST

    obijuan... that's on you, pal

    by Uncle Pooky

the show itself was even advertised as "someone will die." why would you go into a discussion forum before seeing the episode?

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 11:06 a.m. CST

    SOA- Painfully entertaining

    by vondamage

Really, I felt painful rage after watching that shit....

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 11:49 a.m. CST

    Mercutio had to die

    by oisin5199

Man, I knew something was up when Jax confessed everything to Ope, but...fuck. The look of almost relief on Opie's face, and the way that scene was shot, through the glass. Damn. Hurst was amazing on that show, speaking volumes with a look and a grunt. But I guess he had to go so that Jax can make even harder decisions. I think at this point, Ope telling him that he made the wrong choice about killing Clay vs letting the club die is going to haunt him. He might just get his own and let the club die. Something rotten in Denmark, indeed. Then again, if SOA roughly follows the Hamlet model, Jax is eventually going to kill Gemma (after he finds out the truth about her involvement in his dad's death), Clay (a long time coming), and Tara will probably suicide. Though I don't know who Laertes is in this scenario. Will Jax survive the series?

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 11:56 a.m. CST

brickleberry was a cup of shit

    by palewook

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 11:57 a.m. CST

    i'm so fucking pissed

    by Jared Parker

all of my favorite tv characters are kicking the bucket. lane from MAD MEN, mike from BREAKING BAD, now opie from SOA, who's next masuka from DEXTER?

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 12:52 p.m. CST

Ben and Kate was pretty funny,

    by Paul

hardest I've laughed at a sitcom in a long time, but then I have a wierd sense of humor.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 2:03 p.m. CST

if brickleberry didnt have daniel tosh....

    by darkpassenger

it would be a pile of crap, i always thought it was a fake show when he was pushing it on tosh.0 all last year

  • Nothing has impressed me much so far this season. I'm still waiting for what could be the best night - October 11th, when the most underrated show on TV will premiere (The League) and the one I hope every year will return to form (but usually doesn't), Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 3:53 p.m. CST

If you haven't seen the new episode, then why come here?

    by bender

You're just asking to be spoiled. Especially seeing as all the promotion for this episode made it clear that a main character would die. Anyway, the episode itself was amazing. A sad, but fitting end to Opie. A great, tragic character who had a great actor playing him. Would love Hurst to get some award recognition for his role but I know it'll never happen. Charlie Hunnam also deserves a mention. Seeing him go through losing his best friend was hard to watch. He played it perfectly. Gemma/Tara sideplot was a little uninteresting. Clay's reaction to Gemma beating up the prostitute was pretty funny though. This season has been great so far, hope it keeps up.

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 5:10 p.m. CST

soa was just like fuck no tonight great show

    by mike

  • Sept. 26, 2012, 6:01 p.m. CST

Of course this forum has spoilers. Ass.

    by Bass Ackwards

What do you think, everyone is just coming in to say *I watched that show at its scheduled time last night.* It's a talkback for the Tuesday night episodes! Spoilers are inappropriate when people start spoiling future episodes, not the episode they just watched in a talkback dedicated to that episode. Use your brain, demonstrate judgement.

  • He saw that finale last season in which Jimmy was killed and realized he needed to step up shit as other shows like "Breaking Bad," "The Walking Dead" and "Mad Men" have when it comes to shocking character deaths. I will give "Sons of Anarchy" credit, though. It's gotten better with each season, while most shows have already peaked and plummeted by the fifth season.

  • Sept. 27, 2012, 2:05 p.m. CST

Now Jax will have to pal around with the fat perm guy...

    by MoneyGrabSequel

great show, keep killing 'em off! love it
