The Kidd Opens Up A Box And... WALKER!!!
The Kidd here...
I'm not typically one for unboxing videos, because how exciting can watching someone that's not you open a box really be? Even if it was happening in-person, it's not your present, so where's the cake?
But when I received this mysterious box with a strict "Do Not Sell Until..." label, I thought this might be the time for some video documentation of what might be inside.
Lucky for all of us, it turned out to be something extremely cool... otherwise, shooting a few minutes of something sucky would have been... well, just that.
Take a look, and you might just find yourself compelled to get one for yourself.

Who On Earth Would Actually Want to Re-Watch The Complete Second Season?

Holy fuck, it was miserable enough watching it one week at a time. There is no reason anyone should buy this.

....to watch what amounts to little more than a mildly diverting t.v. series on blu-ray, let alone to make an unboxing video of it. And life is definately too short to watch a video of an unboxing of a blu-ray of a series that I can catch on t.v. Of course, the irony of me wasting my time commenting on this pointless endeavor is not lost, but it took me 30 second to write this, not 30 hours of boring ass behind the scenes extras. Romero's Dawn only notched in at around 2hrs and was infinitely better. That leaves 28 hrs to read a book, go outside, get some sun on your skin, or even approach a member of the opposite sex...or perhaps the same sex!

...I'm 46 and my eyes can only take so much reading, I really have nothing to do outside, sun can give you skin cancer, I talk to the opposite sex and same sex all day and really like and prefer my alone time outside of work. Don't take all that as though I'm a miserable old fuck, I'm quite likable and fun to be around...when I want to be around people. I'm just built different, as are the people who dig this sort of thing.

Dude, I get you on that, and I don't care much for being around people myself in long doses. Guess I'm just venting at the idiocy of unpacking videos. Can anybody recommend a similiar site to this, only better like it used to be, you remember, when it had early reviews, script summaries and movie news...not the video equivalent of watching paint dry.

...with the constant repackaging of Blu-Rays and vague product descriptions, I was curious about a 'Triple-Play' Blu-Ray. I didn't know if all the movies were on 1 disc or not. The vid told me that. I doubt I'd feel the need to watch one ever again though. I think it's more of people wanting to document everything and trying to make it relevant. A simple picture would really do the trick. I've heard the name bleedingcool.com thrown around here a bit lately. Never been there so I can't tell you much about it.

Thanks for the heads up, after 10 years I'm taking this site out of my bookmarks. There's rarely much news, and never anything cool, and videos of dudes opening boxes are the last straw for me. It's hardly worth the energy expended to even point and click the cursor anymore. Long gone is the heyday between star wars prequels when this site seemed interesting and cool. Now its stale and full of pointless trivial crap. Maybe I'll return when Lucas starts filming the trilogy sequels. By then Harry's head will be so far up the studio's asses that this site's home page would open up to the 20th century fox fanfare.

I'd definitely grab this if I had an extra $70 to spend on season two. Does this particular blu set have anything extra on it that the standard season 2 blu doesn't or are they going to wait 4-6 months like they did last year and release a better version of the set like with season 1?
