Dwight Schrute’s Sister
Will Be Played By One Of
The Hottest Women Alive!!
Majandra Delfino, a Scarlett Johansson lookalike and former “Roswell” regular, will play Dwight Schrute’s divorced kid sister Fanny in the backdoor pilot for “The Office” spinoff “The Farm.”
Fanny, said to possess an ironic sense of humor, fled the Schrute farm for Boston at an early age, but has now returned to help Dwight run his bed-and-breakfast.
Still to be cast in the project are Dwight’s brother, slacker marijuana farmer (and Bigfoot hunter) Jeb, and Heinrich Manheim, Dwight’s great uncle, who may be a Nazi war criminal.
Longtime “Office” showrunner Paul Leiberstein is creating “The Farm” with Rainn Wilson, the actor who plays Dwight.

it's a pretty face, but there is a smugness to it. along the way, someone in the biz or early modeling years told her that mean smug aloof look was sexy and she never bothered to try another. i'm sure it will wok for her character though...but even wooden scarjo has more range. she at least parts her lips to make that 'stupid girl in disbelief/thinking' look.

Man what a gulity pleasure this show was. I often wondered what happened to Delfino, nice to see she's making a comeback, however short lived it will be. Always thought Jason Behr would have a bigger post Roswell career, but maybe he decided to just quit acting after his castmate/ex girlfriend the bitch Heigl blew up with her shitty acting "career". Shiri Appleby is too cute. Emilie de Ravin went on to Lost and other shit. Brendan Fehr, Adam Rodriguez, Colin Hanks, William Sadler, this show had a pretty damned good cast. Definitely check it out if you are a fan of that CW tweeny stuff. Smallville borrowed a few plot points from it.

More like it was a rip of of superman. I liked the show well enough but it was embarrasing to watch with my parents when scifi reran it about 5 years back. All the making out. The third season really dropped the ball on great characters like Maria's mom and Brody and Nicholas

Never really thought about the ScarJo comparison until now. It is kind of accurate. They really glammed her up for season 3 of Roswell. She grew her hair out, and was just generally a little bit hotter. And no, season 3 wasn't great, but considering it was pretty close to cancellation after 2, it's better than nothing. Kind of like Jericho, or insert your favorite almost cancelled show. Crap, I'm going to rewatch Roswell again this weekend, aren't I?

it was one of the better cw shows.. and good mix of romance and sci-fi.. i remember enjoying the earlier eps. then they revealed the teens are alien princes, threw away the romance-sci-fi mix and instantly became run-of-the-mill.

after last season it really couldn't get much worse, could it? I hate how low my standards have become for The Office. It sounds like the show is definitely ending with season 9. I can't see The Office going on without Dwight. Even when shitty stories are written for the character, Wilson is usually the only redeeming factor. There's been nothing to indicate this, but I really hope Angela Kinsey moves over to The Farm as well.

It's weird to say that "one of the hottest women alive" would be a lookalike of someone else. We've all got our own definitions for beautiful, but having a distinct, iconic look always seemed like a starting point. Strange.

of a Frasier-style success story as opposed to a Joey-style flop. I can totally see Dwight being the center of a show. I heard from someone I know who's sister works on Parks and Recreation that Mose (Michael Schur) will put in an occasional appearance if the show gets picked up. Surely everyone can agree that you can't have a Schrute show without Mose. Points off for not calling the show 'Schrute Farms.' Other than that, cannot wait for this show.

Loved the show, mostly for Max and Michael. The Marie character was really annoying, and the Delfino wasn't a very good actress. Of course, she was better than Appleby, who was just terrible. I did think she looked like Scarlett back then, but Scarlett is way hotter now.Neither are as hot as Jason Behr, though. Yes, I said it.
