The "Blake's 7" reboot has found a development home in Syfy.
Martin Campbell (“Casino Royale,” “Green Lantern”) is set to direct the pilot for a series reimagining of the low-budget 1978-81 BBC series from a teleplay by Joe Pokaski ("Crossing Jordan," “CSI,” “Heroes”).
Set in a future in which interstellar travel is routine, the original series dealt with fugitives who commandeer an abandoned alien spacecraft and lead a campaign against the totalitarian Terran Federation.
