The Dark Knight Rises from Hot Toys

Hot Toys has fully revealed its new The Dark Knight Rises 1/6 scale figure of Christian Bale as Batman. It features two interchangeable heads, three lower faces for the masked head, 32 points of articulation, 3 pairs of swappable hands, a new developed Batsuit with a fabric base covered with armor, a cape, two different utility belts, a pair of forearm gauntlets, boots, a grapnel gun, a transformable sticky bomb gun, a light-up electronic gun, two batarangs, two mini-mines, an adapter for connecting the figure to the Batpod and a light-up figure stand. Look for this dark knight to release sometime in the fourth quarter of 2012 or you can pre-order him here. The

 

Hobbit from Bridge Direct

MTV Geek recently showed off the first pics from the upcoming The Hobbit action figure line. Here are the new versions of Bilbo Baggins, Gandalf the Grey, and Thorin Oakenshield. Look for these and other 6-inch figures ($14.99) along with a 3.75-inch line ($7.99 each) in stores this October. There will also be a San Diego Comic Con exclusive Invisible Bilbo for sale at the Gentle Giant Ltd booth #3513 this weekend.

 

Robocop w/Spring Loaded Holster from NECA

Finally! The Robocop figure fans have been asking for. Murphy now has a place to put his Auto-9 pistol. This pic was recently revealed on NECA's Twitter feed with the following message, “#sdcc‬ sneak peek. Robocop w/ spring loaded holster, your move creep!

 

 

The Snowtrooper and E-Web Cannon from Sideshow Collectibles

When you’re fighting a ground battle in frozen wasteland, this is the soldier you need. Sideshow Collectibles has just unveiled its newest 1/6 scale Stormtrooper figure and a very special accessory. The Snowtrooper will feature a fully articulated Prometheus 1.1 body, cold weather assault gear including a helmet, a face shield, an armored body shell, survival backpack, arm guards, shoulder pauldrons, knee guards and elbow guards, heavy cold weather boots and gloves, an insulated thermal body suit, the E-11 Carbine blaster, thermal detonator, and a snow covered display base. If you buy it exclusively on SideshowToy.com you’ll also get the vintage blaster rifle. That will run you $149.99.

If that’s not enough firepower for you, Sideshow has also produced a 1/6 scale version of the E-Web Cannon. It comes with a portable power generator and a conduit hose that attaches to the weapon. The Imperial army’s powerful blaster can be positioned up and down or from side to side, to create a custom display. It’s up for pre-order here at a $149.99 price-point. Both of these will arrive in January.

 

 

Star Trek KRE-O from Hasbro

 

Hasbro’s building block line will expand into the far reaches of space aboard the starship Enterprise. The company plans to unveil its ship building sets and KREON action figures of Kirk, Spock and McCoy at San Diego Comic Con. In the meantime, they have given us a sneak peak at the new Enterprise. The company also released a short teaser trailer for the new toy line:
