How many episodes? 13? I'm guessing we get 8 episodes between Oct. 19 & Dec. 7, then the final 5 end of January through February. Or is NBC going to pull a "Bones" and really stretch it out, airing those 13 episodes over 30 weeks?

and hopefully community will make me laugh out loud like it did the first 2 seasons instead of me just smiling for the last season great show, just doesnt make me laugh anymore...

I've heard that the first episode will be all about George W. Bush's head. This season, instead of "Creator: Dan Harmon," we'll get: "Special Guest Star: Whitney Cummings." It'll be the funniest thing she's ever done on NBC, at least.

obviously it'll still have the same cast and look but without Harmon and most of the other writers its just going to be weird. Plus they HAVE TO reference it. In some way, even if its just an aside by Abed that things 'feel' different. Every season Community opens with a comment about the season ahead. In s2 Abed talked about "self contained escapades" in place of romantic entanglements, in s3 it was how they were going to reign it in and be less weird. Not that that happened really. If the new showrunners drop in something along those same lines early in premiere I'll feel like its in good hands. But I'm sceptical. "Troy and Abed with new Writers!"

I'm guessing that was a reference to network notes begging for Community to be a bit less weird. Later on in the season Troy and Abed had a go at being normal at Shirley's wedding. That was definitely a comment on how the dynamic would be different if the show tried to be 'normal'.

I realize I'm one of two people who watch SVU anymore, but is Mariska Hargitay coming back this season? I had heard a rumor that last season was suppose to be her last. Yes....no?

Ben Wyatt crying, in a crappy-looking Batman costume, in the middle of a shopping mall was probably the funniest thing I saw on TV all year. He's good enough to make me forget the Brandanowitz years.

I hope people give Community a chance in the Fall. It could still be a great show. Not sure how many of the writers are left but many shows have changed show-runners and maintained quality.

Heroes could have been salvaged if they pulled Kring. The last episode of Community was a series finale. Not sure what this new show will be like.
