Hey folks, Harry here, the director of the film below sent me the embed information for SOMETHING'S GONNA LIVE, the documentary that I talk about at the end of the Phil Tippett episode of my show. It's definitely worth renting - if you love Hitchcock's films or WAR OF THE WORLDS or TEN COMMANDMENTS or TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD or many of the great Paramount films of yesteryear, this doc which features some of the greatest Art Directors in the history of cinema... and moreso - it shows us a glimpse of their history working together.. how Pearl Harbor affected that relationship and much much more. This doc is superior, give it a chance...
And then there's this... THE MAN ON LINCOLN'S NOSE, the Oscar Nominated short from the same director. All about the location scouting for NORTH BY NORTHWEST that took place actually upon the face of Rushmore. So amazing. Check this out:
