Who's Up For Winning CHRONICLE On Blu-ray?!

The Kidd here...

What better way to kick off the week than by giving some cool stuff away?

I think a lot of people were surprised at how good Josh Trank and Max Landis' found footage entry into the world of superheroes turned out earlier this year. However, now that we know for sure, it shouldn't surprise you that I'd want you to be able to own a copy of CHRONICLE for your home collection as a result.

I've got my hands on THREE combo packs of CHRONCLE (Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Copy) that I'm putting up for grabs, and if you want to take your best shot at scoring one of these for yourself, start brainstorming to create your very own real-life supervillain.

What kept CHRONICLE fresh was its ability to use regular people in the roles of heroes and villains. They may have become extraordinary over time, but they were still real people with real problems that we could identify with. Therefore, it's up to you to come up with a real-life supervillain that we can recognize who'd be one pain in the ass arch-nemesis that we'd strive to stop.

How you submit this entry is up to you. You can write up their villainous name as well as what they look like, what their powers are, etc. You can draw up a sketch of them. You can dress up in costume like them or take a photo of a physical representation of them. There is no right or wrong or preferred way to do this. It's simply up to you to convey what a real world villain would look like in the world of CHRONICLE.

The three best will land their own copy of CHRONICLE.

Send in your name, mailing address and super-villain to Contests@AintItCool.com with the following subject line exactly (in all CAPS):

I'M AN APEX PREDATOR

You've got until 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, May 18 to get your entries in. If they're missing a name, address or entry, they might as well not even exist, so make sure to include all the vital info.

Winners will be posted with their winning villainous creations once the hard decisions have been made, and this one is open only to residents of the United States.

Thanks to Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment for setting this up.
