Despite the fact that “Touch” is doing far worse in the ratings than the final 2010 season of “24,” Fox is bringing back the new series from “Heroes” mastermind Tim Kring for a second season.
Though it follows “American Idol,” still one of TV’s most popular series, “Touch” has fallen from a 3.9 rating in adults 18-49 to a 2.0 last Thursday.
