One more contest today! Win the awesome Cabin in the Woods Visualization book from Titan!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Seems like a lot of contests going on around here these days, doesn’t it? Well, who ever said you can have too much of a good thing? Wasn’t me, you can be damn sure of that!

Our friends at Titan Books have offered up some Cabin in the Woods goodies for you fine people. One is the official novelization and the other is the “Visual Companion” which is kind of a making of with some awesome, detailed looks at the behind the scenes process of the film complete with the full script, interviews with the cast, behind the scenes pictures and detailed designs of… certain things. Why am I still being vague? The movie’s been out for two weeks, but I still feel like I need to whisper when I talk about this film for some reason…

Here’s what you can win and scroll on down to find out how and also see a couple exclusive-to-AICN pages from the Visualization!

A little repetitive on the covers, I know, but what can you do? They kinda made a movie that begs for a kick-ass ruin-everything poster, but we can’t get that right now. Fingers crossed for an amazing Tyler Stout style Mondo deal in a few years.

In the meantime here’s the two exclusive pages from the Visualization I promised you. Click to enlargen:

Alright, already. Get to the contest, I know I know. For starters, this one is open to ANYONE IN THE WORLD, so you filthy foreigners can come play with us red-blooded ‘mer-cans for once!

I have 5 sets (Visualization and Novelization) to give away and you know I like arty contests. Wait, don’t click away so soon my fellow stick-figure sketchers! Since I have multiple sets, I’m going to split the contest up. For us not so artistically inclined, I’m giving away three sets on my Twitter feed. Follow me and between right this moment and say, the stroke of midnight tomorrow (Tuesday) CST I’m going to post quotes from different horror movies. The first follower to reply with the correct title of the movie I’m quoting will win one of these sets. I’ll rinse/wash/repeat until all 3 sets have gone.

Now, for you arty folks, I want to see an illustration (a quick sketch or a rough doodle will suffice) of a monster of your own design in the Cabin in the Woods universe. I know that’s a tall order given the film, but I have faith in you.

Email me at this address with the subject line “Here’s what I think should be in the Cabin…” and your work attached as a reasonably sized JPG (pretty please). Also include your mailing address should you win. You can enter multiple times if you want, but that means a different concept drawing each time.

You have until 11:59pm CST Thursday evening, so chop-chop!

Good luck!
