We've known about the coming of TRON UPRISING for a while now...principally via this teaser which debuted quite while back.
Since that promo, we haven't heard a great deal about the title...save for a few off-handed references during interviews and whatnot.
Recently, Disney XD...where the new animated series will premiere in June...started running small spots for UPRISING, a development which is sending my five year old into a frenzy. Now, USA Today has a mroe substantive trailer for the series...which is set between 1982's TRON and 2010's TRON LEGACY...and features amazing voice talent like Reginald VelJohnson (Sgt. Al Powell from DIE HARD!) Elijah Wood, Mandy Moore, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Lance Henriksen (!!!!), Paul Reubens (Pee-Wee Herman!), and the mighty Bruce Boxleitner.
Here's the new spot. Personally, this is looking pretty damn cool to me and I'm very eager to see how this shakes out. What do you think?
