We’re going sci-fi today, looking at classic sci-fi flick This Island Earth.
What you see below is Jack Kevan (mutant builder) and legendary make-up man Bud Westmore zipping up ol’ Metaluna. What an awesome design, right? It’s not my favorite sci-fi flick of the era (lookin’ at you The Day The Earth Stood Still), but Metaluna is still one of my favorite designs.
