The “Arrow” pilot was co-written by Greg Berlanti, the longtime “Dawson’s Creek” showrunner whose last superhero series was the horrible “No Ordinary Family.” Berlanti also wrote the terrible “Green Lantern” movie.
Stephen Amell (“Hung”), who was not in “Smallville,” plays both Green Arrow and his alter ego Oliver Queen.
