My admiration for Casablanca grows each time I watch the movie. It has grown from a great movie to one of the handful of truly magical examples of the power of cinema as a storytelling medium over my lifetime. It’s perfection. From the note perfect casting to the incredibly witty, emotional writing to Max Steiner’s brilliant score Casablanca is one of the fest perfect films. Can I use the word "perfect" any more? The answer is yes I can. it's Casablanca!
And today’s picture is fantastic. I’ve seen it before in really iffy, tiny quality, but this is an incredible file that is crystal clear and the “click to enlargen” option is genuinely large.
