OK. It's important to characterize the following correctly: we have no clue whether or not the great Michael Shannon is merely goofing around with Josh Horowitz in the following embed, or if he actually broke down and teased a line from his performance as Zod in Zack Snyder's new MAN OF STEEL movie. Either way, it's here for your consideration.
This video from MTV, who caught up with Shannon at Saturday's Independent Spirit Awards. After SUCKER PUNCH, I've many reservations about Snyder taking on a Superman movie. This said, I can't wait to see Shannon's spin on Zod. He's an amazing performer - his recent performance in TAKE SHELTER is well considered and perfectly targeted. He could be so much fun in MAN OF STEEL, if Snyder let's him be.
