Well, this one did a fly-by on me. I love the films of Jim Jarmusch, and I had no idea that he was working on a vampire movie. Knowing him, there will probably be a more interesting five minutes of this movie than the entire TWILIGHT series. I'd bet that if there's one director that could get at the malaise and angst of living for all eternity, it's Jim Jarmusch.
According to Hollywood Reporter, ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE will star Tilda Swinton, John Hurt, Mia Wasikowska, and Tom Hiddleston. The story is a romance about two vampires in love for centuries and the film will shoot in Germany later on this year.
This is excellent news for fans of Jarmusch, and I can't wait to see it. I'm thinking Swinton will be a vampire? She's already got that haunted look about her.
