Kojak: The Complete Movie Collection includes the 1973 TV-movie “The Marcus Nelson Murders,” written by screenwriter Abby Mann (“Judgment at Nuremberg”); it was Mann’s take on the 1963 Manhattan murders that led the U.S. Supreme Court to institute “Miranda rights” in 1966. The other seven movies were made between 1985 and 1990 subsequent to “Kojak’s” 1978 cancellation.

    Should be the perfect time to re-watch the season before S2 hits. Looks like there are some good features on there too, especially the 7 COMMENTARIES. Solid.

    Collecting my favourite rewatchable TV shows on DVD. I bought Seasons 1+2 box set for 40 Canadian. All the rest are around $100 per season. WTF? Were they ever cheaper? Will they ever be cheaper?
