Are We Getting A PG-13 EXPENDABLES 2?

Nordling here.
I can hear the ranting already. Apparently, Chuck Norris did an interview overseas with the Polish site Gazeta, and in that interview he stated (according to ExpendablesPremiere.com):
In Expendables 2, there was a lot of vulgar dialogue in the screenplay. For this reason, many young people wouldn’t be able to watch this. But I don’t play in movies like this. Due to that I said I won’t be a part of that if the hardcore language is not erased. Producers accepted my conditions and the movie will be classified in the category of PG-13.
Now before people get all a-tizzy, it's not really up to Norris when it comes to the rating, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wound up as a PG-13. It just makes financial sense in today's age; although the first film was successful, PG-13 amps that dollar amount considerably. I'd never heard of an actor, especially one with a supporting role like Norris's, negotiating for that kind of deal, but I have the feeling that they were probably shooting for a PG-13 anyway.
So does this hurt the film in your eyes? Will Terry Crews' Magical Exploding Shotgun be muzzled? Or do you think that it's all a bunch of hooey and that EXPENDABLES 2 will get its R rating? It's odd that Norris would want to stick to this kind of rating, considering his filmography. But apparently he's a fairly moral guy these days, and he wants to make sure kids get to see the film. If this means that stuff won't blow up real good this time out, I'm not going to be happy. Thanks to SlashFilm for the heads up.
Nordling, out.

Fuck that noise. If this shit is PG-13 you can count me out, I dunno how they can do "Action" with a PG-13 esp following up on the first one and how violent that was. also fuck noris
-
...but you can't say 'take that mofo?'
-
chuck ain't got it
-
This sort of nullifies all of that "Chuck Norris" being tough stuff, huh? My heros all like to say "fuck" and "Cunt" every few minutes, at least.
-
A little cussin' ain't gonna hurt nobody!
-
This isn't a tv show its a movie made up of badass dudes! Give me a R!
-
It's ok to beat the shit out of somebody and kill someone on screen. But oh no you said a curse word!!!!! What a cunt.
-
But Chuck Norris is still a motherfucker.
-
If true, this blows. A kid friendly Expendables movie is so retarded. Why don't you cut all the actors balls off and have them sewing doilies and drinking tea while they discuss needle point techniques? Arggggghhhhhh! Chuck Norris can take his Total Gym and stick it up his mutha fucking ass sideways.

Seriously. FUCK Chuck. As the late great George Carlin once said...this is the PUSSIFICATION of America. Why don't they make Expendables 2 pre school friendly while they are at it??? Have them all run around in Tu Tus shooting each other with super soakers or having pillow fights in eir PJs? Argggggghhhhhhh!
-
Apparently good ol' Delta Force doesn't realize that a hard R rating is what fans of the Expendables, and in most cases, action want to see. And of course he's never been associated with anything that might involve profanity..not like anyone has ever cursed while playing World of Warcraft, or let a good old fashioned FUCK THIS, or THIS IS BULLSHIT, out of getting nothing out of the Total Gym. Get real

That even IF it were to get a PG-13, there would almost assuredly be an Unrated DVD released. If so, I hope they dub him over with Sam Jackson screaming FUCK every other word

Chuck should just do those religious movies with the guy from Growing Pains.
by P
I hope this is a misquote. If not, the guy is self-rightious douche and hypocrite.
-
Man I used to WORSHIP that guy when I was a kid (even though most of his films are fucking horrible). Lone Wolf McQuade alone makes him a film deity. But Chuck Norris....FUCK YOOOOOOOOOU! Fuck your pioused fucking ass and your Walker Texas Ass Ranger bullshit! You made your fortune off of beating people up and killing them onscreen and now you think you're a fucking PRIEST!? Sly should have told him to go fuck himself and made the movie he wanted to make. Now we're stuck with pussified bullshit. Normally I wouldn't really care because we'd have a director's cut but it sounds like Chuck had the screenplay fucking REWRITTEN without swearing at all! So it wasn't filmed and therefore doesn't fucking EXIST!
-
Cut Norris out of the friggin movie before giving it a death sentence of a PG-13 rating! Seriously. The people that want to see Expendables are EXPECTING an "R" movie. If they get a wimpy, curseless, bloodless, ball-less movie....the word of mouth is gonna tank this flick in the first week. Cause PG-13 or not, mothers are NOT gonna take their 13 year olds to see the Expendables....so any hope the studio has of filling seats with screaming teeny boppers is gonna backfire big time.
-
What's the fucking point if it's not rated R! It's a throwback to Over-The-Top 80's Action Flicks! Hello!!! McFly!!!? Ya in there?!?!!? Knock! Knock!!
-
Kind of interesting since I remember watching the Chuck Norris lever on Conan where Chuck back-handed some bitch to knock her out. Kids watching indeed.

the 1st movie was pretty damn average and should have been MUCH MORE over the top. now this is cutting even more? wow, no thanks.
-
That type of language is tame compared to what he hears when he roundhouses motherfuckers. Although most are unable to swear at all because his kicks tend to vaporize bodies upon impact.<p>Having said that, I think he's a bitch. This movie needs a hard R and more Bale.

Norris should go back and watch some of his own back catalogue of films...
by Stegman84
The majority of which, pre-Walker Texas Ranger, were r rated, and full of graphic violence and coarse language. Fucking hypocrite. Of course, being a foreign press piece, there may be some confusion coming into play here, and Norris may be simply referring to his own character in the film, not the film in its entirety. In which case he's more pansy than hypocrite.

Cause ain't no way this movie gonna get a PG-13 rating. If it does, the movie will tank, and Norris will instantly lose his legendary online status as a bad ass. Not that he ever WAS. Why the FUCK did Stallone put him in this movie anyway. Hope he gets shot in the face within the first 5 minutes and yells a PG-13 friendly curse like.... FUDGE! As he falls off a cliff.

I really don't see a problem here.

But I think you have to be pretty gullible to think he has the power to neuter the whole film. While I'm sure the studio would like a PG 13 film, I think Stallone is smart enough to realize why people liked the first film (And why the didn't too, as evidence from the directors cut)

Why the hell would you take The Expendables, which was a fun throwback in the original and make a neutered sequel just to include a guy who is nothing but a punchline to a joke today? Really Chuck? Harsh language is what is bad for kids? Not seeing someones head blown off so many times they get desensitized? I Have A Feeling This Will Only Apply To Chuck's Dialogue
by Acquanetta
And really, did anyone not see this coming? From the beginning, I've wondered how his religious views were going to co-exist in this kind of film. I'm just glad he obviously doesn't have any problem with the violence, since there's no way he would've done it otherwise. I doubt the language thing will end up applying to the rest of the cast members or the film itself. I gotta be honest, though, I always thought the first Expendables movie *WAS* PG-13!! Mainly because the idea came up early in the production and I guess the film's language didn't make much of an impression on me. (I honestly can't even remember anyone saying fuck in the movie, although I'm sure they probably did.)

Do you want to make a good, lasting movie? Or do you want to make the movie you set out to make,. then have to water it down and change the feel and tone of it to be less than it was? Stick with R-ratings, they make for better reviewed movies and more dvd sales and more rewatchability.

...only animals that chuck norris decides to spare. No really: He is a creationist. Idiot.
-
I don't give a shit about the language - there wasn't a TON of it in the first film, though the general expectation should be that if people are using dialog that seems inappropriate for the character or scene, it detracts - i.e. a hardened ex-Marine using "freaking" instead of "fucking." No, my real concern is if they tone down the graphic violence here. That's what people are paying their hard-earned dollars for. That's the payday - watching that fucking monster shotgun turning the bad guys into liquid confetti.

I'd probably feel more strongly about this if "R-rated" still meant anything
by howlingmudd
But a hard R rating didn't exactly help Conan the Barbarian, Drive Angry, or The Mechanic- and that was basically it for R rated action films in 2011. For that matter, such a rating didn't do much to help the first Expendables to be a good movie, either. Hell, the best action film in recent years- and the one that comes closest to the spirit of 1980s action- was a toned-down PG13 version of Taken.
-
NORRIS: We need to tear into that gosh-darned military compound and show these dumb-dumbs that America will make them feel not so good. Lock and Load, you sillies.
-
He cares about depicting a character that doesn't curse, but not about a character who blows people up or shoots people? Fuck him.
-
I don't disagree with you, but what Taken had that this won't is a compelling story and characters. It's not secret that Expendables is a series meant to exploit classic action heroes and pay homage to 80s movies - neither of which can happen without some excessive/stupid violence. There is nothing else to these films besides nostalgia and excess.
-
Email Stallone for comment please!!!! This cannot be.....
-
When people say Liberals are the reason this country has become so PC.... Um bull shit it's religious looney tunes who don't like cursing and other cool stuff. Chuck Norris you suck. Where is Bruce Lee? We need some sense beat into this more beard than man ass hat named Chuck Norris.
-
What a dick. The best part of the first was the pirate getting chopped in half by Dolph's gun at the start. How are they going to achieve that with PG 13?
-
Seriously, why would Stallone put up with that shit! Chuck Norris isn't all that cool anyways, yeah he was ok in Texas Ranger, but that was TV. The Expendables isn't for fucking kids. Fuck Chuck that old fucking Politically Correct Fart!
-
Man, I love my action movies, but Expendables was fucking awful. A-Team movie kicked Expendables' ass and they're STILL not gonna make another one. SHEE-IT
-
Norris isn't just a fairly moral guy, he's a batshit insane Christian who actively campaigns for the bible to not only be taught in science classes but also history classes, in public schools no less. Seriously, fuck you Chuck...
-
Yes, but if the violence/language is nothing more than a cheap gimmick, then it's no different than something like Conan the Barbarian. This is why it's hard for me to get too stressed over the rating. The reality is that R rated action just ain't what it used to be. Action films during the past decade were defined by a trilogy of PG13 spy thrillers, while most kids consider the greatest films ever made to be a series of PG13 Batman flicks. I know The Expendables likes to tout itself as a throwback to 80s action, but as I said, Taken came far closer to nailing the right tone and spirit. (Case in point: consider the upbeat, happy ending involving the pop singer.) By comparison, there's really very little difference between Expendables 1 and a typical Statham flick- even down to how the film looks and is structured in a disjointed manner. All of which is to say it wouldn't surprise me if Sly decided to tone things down for the sequel, if only because the real gimmick behind Expendables' success is not the language, but the stunt casting.
-
Wow, do you guys overreact much? First off, this "scoop" is based off something said in a foreign publication. Could be made up, could be the result of broken english/translation language barriers, could be anything. Hardly the most credible source out there, considering I'd never heard of it until today. Secondly, even IF Chuck really said all that, it mentions NOTHING about the actual content of the movie, action and violence-wise. So it might have a few less "f**k"s or "sh*t"s... so what? As Rob Zombie proves, having all that certainly does NOT make a movie better. Getting rid of it is hardly "toning down" a movie if the action remains guns a-blazing and full of blood and explosions. The fact that we KNOW Terry Crews' gun from the first one is in this should pretty much tell you it's going to be chewing up baddies again in glorious, over-the-top style. Lastly, Chuck Norris hasn't headlined a major theatrical film since Top Dog. The "facts" definitely put Norris back on the map, but hardly gave him the kind of pull to be able to change an entire film on the stipulation that he takes part in it. It's crazy to even think that for a second, folks. Expendables 2 will be Rated R. Mark my words.
-
1: Movies will change. 2: The AICN comments section will be full of whiny, angry man-children who don't like it when their movies change. Suck it up, boyos. It's one movie out of thousands that isn't going to be R rated.
-
...and it had a brutal, intense torture sequence. So relaaaaaaaaaax everybody. Go watch a Rob Zombie movie to get your immature profanity fix.
-
Either you're being sarcastic, or Norris's plan to completely ruin public education has already led to another child being left behind, and by child I mean cunt
-
...boy all PG-13 movies SUCK, huh? *rolls eyes*
-
I really don't. A movie is either good or bad and the rating is, to me at least, a diversion. I've watched movies from the 40's and 50's without a single curse word, breast, groin, or gunshot wound to the head and enjoyed every minute of it. I really think that the over-emphasis on gore and profanity (notice I didn't include female nudity ;) is pablum for the brain-dead masses and allows too many filmmakers to make shitty films. I'll be honest. I though the first Expendables was nonsense and a totally forgettable, retro film. It had flashes of 80's brainless fun, but there's a reason they don't make films like that anymore. They're like cotton candy: lots of air and fluff and you can eat it all day and you'll never feel full. There are films, like Irreversible, that almost scream for their R-rating because the use of violence is integral to the film. It creates an atmosphere that reinforces the revulsion you'ere supposed to feel after horrendous acts have been committed. But when I watch Expendables, I don't feel as though the lack of gaping knife wounds (though it would still probably pass PG-13 muster), decapitations, or head shots would really be a dealbreaker. As for nudity, I'll have to say that while I'm a big fan of the female form, a full-on shot is hardly sexy anymore. I almost find it more appealing when a director teases you by hiding or giving short glimpses of an attractive actress instead of having her toss off her rob and screaming, "Bazowwie! Here they are, boys!" There's an art to using violence, nudity, and profanity in a film. Time and again I hear folks whine on the forums (myself included) about how CGI has hurt movies and allows lazy directors to get away with all kinds of shit because whatever they can envision, they can put up on screen. Films were, in many cases, better when Hollywood was a bit more restrictive about what would make it up there. I think that if they're forced to work around a PG-13 rating, and if the director has any imagination whatsoever, they can make a film every bit as satisfying without taking the easy route of adding more (ugh, CGI) blood, a few extra F-bombs, and (as David Alan Grier liked to say) big b-b-breasteses! http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/81762305/
-
How modern religious conservatives always give violence a free pass while instead choosing to sweat the small stuff, but that being said--this is a smart marketing move if true. Whenever they listen to you guys and make everything a hard "R" we usually end up with unwatchable, unmarketeable garbage like Punisher Warzone.

was to create a homage to 80's action flicks. The style is 80's. The actors are 80's. The R rating was 80's. How the fuck are they going to "erase" the bad language, anyways? How do you make demands AFTER the film has wrapped? This sounds bogus.

Casino Royale was more of an 80's movie than Expendables was in terms of dialogue. I thought Expendables was very cartoonish in it's dialogue especially in the beginning scenes. That wasn't how I remember the awesome 80's action movies to be. How does cartoonish dialogue ("I got a text", etc.) match with foul language and a serious mission to overthrow a dictator anyway? I thought the overall unseriousness of the movie to be very lame.. I enjoyed Rambo 100 times more than Expendables because it was serious the whole time, like 80's action movies used to be. The only humor 80's action movies had were one liners delivered by the lead actor and they did it without smiling. Go listen to your Sirius radio if you need your profanity fix.

Lee Marvin and Richard Burton were in it - but if there's the slightest chance that there are scenes where Chuck Norris actually drags Jason Statham over to a sink and washes his mouth out with soap for calling Dolph Lundgren an egomaniacal cunt or says 'No scones for you Sylvester, Bruce told me you used a dirty word in the back yard. You can have pretty rough language now and still get a PG-13, as long as there are no killings and boobies. The violence alone wil earn an R rating. He's just doing spin-control well before the movie comes out so he can say to conservatives "The Hollywood liberals lied to me". But if this is true, it proves the backwards logic of conservatives, "Cussins bad, killins good!"

If he felt so strongly about these so-called principles, why choose a movie like this? He sounds so desperate for some relevance and/or a paycheck. Whence then the presumption that he can fundamentally neuter the movie from the inside. He is the desperate one, Chuck. He should've either stood by his convictions and turned the offer down or did what thousands of other working actors do and be a professional--firstly, SHUT THE FUCK UP, give the role exactly what is required, collect your paycheck, and put it behind you. When actors get up on the soapbox is where the illusion of celebrity actually breaks down. Why actors continually fail to realize this is beyond me.

I'm talking about Fucking Chuck Norris being a fucking pussy. Your talking about Censorship, When you are obviously not Censored, And talk out of your asshole non-stop. You aren't censored, ya dumbfuck! Oh, let me guess, you will retort with how the internet is censored. Look at all your posts, you are not CENSORED.

Normally I don't get all frothy at the mouth over the whole R versus PG13 debate
by lv_426
But for a movie like The Expendables, it seems silly to go for PG13. What's next, someone is going to try and make a PG rated porno?

YOU GOTTA BE NUTS TO BELIEVE THIS ARTICLE DOOMS 'EXPENDABLES 2'
by Mullah Omar
You are insane if you think that box office nobody Chuck Norris, a supporting character in this film, would somehow have enough clout to demand major changes to the content and tone of EXPENDABLES 2. I only see 3 plausible reasons for Norris' claim: 1) The story is fabricated or mis-translated. 2) Norris is bullshitting the interviewer or overestimating his clout to look like a badass. 3) Stallone offered Norris some minor and insignificant concessions to get Norris aboard, concessions that he Stallone didn't particularly care about and which didn't substantially alter the original vision for the film, but which let Norris think he had some actual pull. I'm anticipating a future comment by Stallone to the effect that "I don't really know what Chuck was talking about when he said that."

More than one or two sentences in please. What is Hollywood, or AICN, doing to you, or anyone else? Letting you act like a whiny, baby, on the fucking internet. What chaps your ass so much? I know the argument, but what is the fucking problem? It's bullshit, through and through. Look at the popular Website, that guy with the glasses, they have been down all day, to protest what? Not being down, when they do it themselves. Sorry, but it is a knee-jerk reaction, and you are a reactionary.

It has NOTHING to do with it. They wouldn't rewrite because fucking Walker Texas Ranger says so. They want to sell it to teenagers. No movie costing over 25 million is rated R. No movie. Warner DID some gamble with Matrix and Watchmen, but they won't do it again. Never again.

FUCK CHUCK! Booo!! Hisss!! The last one was awful, but I loved it because it had balls. Now it's just going to be awful? This movie HAS to be R-Rated to be good

I don't think the rating matters. If kids want to see it, they'll find a way.
by Yelsaeb
At least that's how I was. You have no idea what I had to go through to see Hostel.

The movie has not been rated yet...This still has a chance to be an R rating. You should be more pissed that Total Recall is a PunkAss PG-13... So calm The Hell down.

Chuck had balls. Sly STILL has balls. End of story.

Think they'll listen? Nope. It will be more of, "Let's hope ____ knocks it out of the park. What do you guys think?" It's so transparent and disingenuous. Everyone sees through that mealy mouthed crap.

Because, you know, turning a hard-R franchise into a PG-13 kiddie friendly estrogen-fest worked out brilliantly for Robocop and Conan the Barbarian and Terminator Salvation and Die Hard and oh, wait...
-
Can a PG-13 film be bloody? I mean, people were being blown in half in the first movie. I thought the whole point of this franchise was throwing every action star into absurd situations where the only solution is obscene amounts of graphic, blood splattering, bone breaking violence. What I don't get is Chuck Norris has to be reading this script where it says something like, "Barney rips the henchmans head off, blood squirts everywhere," or something like that and it's OK but then when the character says, "Fuck you," he's all, "OMG BAD WORDS!" What the Hell is wrong with a person who is perfectly fine with seeing a fellow human being torn apart but isn't OK with a so called dirty word? It's like these hardcore Christians who're so against violent films or video games but it's OK to show Jesus Christ getting the ever loving shit beat out of him. People are stupid.

I consider myself to be a man trying to seek God. But Expendables was
by sweeneydave
nothing more than a crappy movie with really big balls. Anyone can give us snazzy bloodless action scenes these days. If Expendables 2 gets neutered, what are we left with? Nothing that I want to see. The only point of putting Norris in the film was to see him mix it up with the rest of the boys. If his presence in the movie means the greatest action stars of our days - past and present - are going to be baking cookies for 105 minutes, then I'd rather them keep Norris far away.

Rambo 1..2..3..RATED R! And my dad still took me to see them as a kid because...
by King Conan
Sly didn't really CURSE in his movies back in the day and since he wrote or co-wrote most of his movies, the characters didn't either. My dad was was big on not letting me and my little brother see movies that had a lot of nudity or vulgar language but EXCESSIVE VIOLENCE didn't bother him so because of that fact we were able to see the Rambo films. Just make the movie ULTRA VIOLENT, drop less F-bombs and it can STILL be rated R for violence and everyone's happy! If not..then you have officially SOLD OUT Sly. When you need us, the FANS...you give us what we want. You make a new Rocky, you make a new Rambo. You give us the Expendables with major violence and great old school characters, you make it Rated R and call it old school...AND NOW THAT YOU'RE BOUNCING BACK YOU START DOING WHAT YOU WANNA FUCKIN' DO! That's such bullshit. Thanks for using your fans to become box office relevant again and then giving us the finger.

Wow... shame on Chuck for standing by his own morals and integrity. by snomusic I think all the words tossed at him belong on the tossers - and I mean that in the English sense as well. ^^ You just aren't getting it. Chuck should have never signed onto this movie if those were his feelings. It wouldn't have been a huge loss to simply not have him. You don't walk into someones elses house, put your feet up and tell them how to run things.

Kicked Chucks balls into his stomach a long time ago. Chuck is a punk bitch and Bruce made him so.

Honestly, I never really got the point of the first Expendables either.
by Orbots Commander
Sure '80's action shoot em ups were fun for their day, but who in their right mind would do anything new with that genre, other than spoof it or send it up? Thankfully, thrillers and action films have moved further along from those Sly/Chuck/Arnold flicks. Sly couldn't make an action film as great as Inception or one of the Bourne movies, on his best day.

In my opinion, the films that were the nail in the coffin
by Orbots Commander
for those '80's shoot em ups, were (ironically) Die Hard and Batman '89. DH took a standard Hitchcockian premise, cat and mouse thriller in closed quarters, filled it with great cinematography and witty dialogue...and tada! It proved that action films didn't need to be stupid and lowest-common-denominator.

I think The Matrix was a happy surprise...and times are different.
by conspiracy
First of all...Matrix series really should have been PG-13...there is really not much there that warrants a R rating. That not withstanding it was the rare R movie that made back it's budget. Most probably because it had broad appeal beyond the film itself; everyone loved it's slick look, soundtrack and action/sci-fi combination. It really was a trend setting sensation if you remember..in marketing, production values, aesthetic and merchandising. Lightening in a bottle. That said times are different...and much tougher. Movie attendance is at a 16 year low, far fewer people are going and dollar for dollar movies are making much less return than they did a decade ago as the cost of making and marketing them are dramatically higher. If the first Matrix had bombed, or done much less than the $170M Domestic/$80M cost it had done...you can bet your bottom dollar the next two would have taken out a fuck, or edited a scene and begged for the PG-13. Expendables has a MUCH narrower appeal...it isn't setting fashion trends, it doesn't have a cutting edge soundtrack, it's marketing is decidedly old school and by and large women will not be going to see this film...like Matrix managed to accomplish. Expendables demo is almost entirely male...and but for a narrow slice of the 25-55 male audience that actually still goes to the movies (most people I know do not), it's core audience will be 13-21yr old males. THAT under 18 crowd in fact makes up the bulk of the total movie going audience these days...and the smart film maker or exec is NOT going to risk a film with a budget over $100,000,000 by making it "R" and loosing those dollars. Not when they are so hard to get in the first place. And sure...kids always sneak into R films...but that doesn't count when analyzing a films domestic box office returns...and those numbers are ALL that matter.

Let's see: - Political jerk offs who in this case are liberals being all up upset about conservatives - check. It's election time, so Americans will take any chance to campaign their side. - Evolutionists crying and moaning and whining because more and more people don't believe their unscientific fairy tales about the origin of life anymore - check. It's election time in America, which for Americans is pretty much a religion, and God forbid non-political religion gets any more attention than it already is... that just might fuck things up for the grand atheist proselytizing campaigns they've got going once they decided to finally drop all pretenses. But they're an insecure bunch, so they'll take the opportunity to lash out at anything that threathens their fragile little bubbles even if its totally unrelated to the article. - Fools surprised to see Chuck Norris isn't what all the internet memes made him out to be. Thus turn their anger on him. What? Did he start all that shit? Did you want him in this movie? Then you play by Chuck Norris' rules least he backhand your foul mouths so fast a cunt will appear where your teeth should be! - Thinking Norris has anything to do with the PG-13 rating... The first film was PG-13, Norris wasn't involved, and for the most part it gave us a decent amount of violence. And cussing won't make it better. I know sometimes calling each other niggers and fags and throwing around the F-word a lot on X-Box LIVE makes your space marine and American war games more realistic and manly to you, but considering that most of the ones using such words are 9-12 year old little boys, suddenly cussing up a shit doesn't seem so manly anymore... Oh! Look at me! I'm as good at saying stuff as my 2nd brother! Face it, you're living in the past. And this film is only going to be as throwback as possible so as to not affect the bottom line which is to open this film to as many teenagers as possible, who by the way were the same ones sneaking into the 80's R rated films to begin with and buying them on home video, and the studios were counting on such! So they figured now, fuck it, let's just give em what they want anyway.
-
The first film was rated R, you dumbcunt. The second you said "The first film was PG-13", you lost all credibility. You, sir, are an internet "troll". Say hi to your mother for me.
-
don't be such a douche! sly's films kick ass the bourne were lackluster at best and inception wasn't all that great
-
A good movie - even an action movie - doesn't rely on foul language (unlike talkbackers). In fact, it challenges writers to be more clever in their work. And the addition of swearing doesn't make an average movie any better. Nor does pools of gore. How can you all be so narrow minded?
-
Agreed.

add Carl Weathers and Mr. T to the mix. Weathers deserves it. Creed and Rocky reteamed.
