Though I'm far more excited about Ridley Scott returning to the sci-fi genre for the first time since BLADE RUNNER, the question has persisted: will there be Xenomorphs in PROMETHEUS? If you're eager to remain unspoiled until next summer, get the hell out of this article. If you don't give a shit, here's Ridley addressing the issue head-on in an interview with the Iceland-based film blog Filmophilia:
No. Absolutely not. They squeezed it dry. He (the xenomorph) did very well. (He laughs) He survived, he’s now in Disneyland in Orlando, and no way am I going back there. How did he end up in Disneyland? I saw him in Disneyland, Jesus Christ!

Fortunately, there's much more to PROMETHEUS - and Ridley is only too happy to discuss his forthcoming film in vague detail with Filmophilia. If you're as worked up over the film as I am, I highly recommend reading the whole interview. Early buzz on the movie is effusive, and Fox is already clamoring for the next film in this franchise tangent.
