Tonight brings the midseason finale of “The Walking Dead.” It may also be the episode that was being written when AMC fired “Walking Dead” mastermind Frank Darabont, writer-director of “The Shawshank Redemption,” “The Green Mile” and “The Mist.” I’m guessing that when Darabont left, so did plans for Stephen King to write an episode.
I’ve not seen this episode, but I make three predictions:
1) Hershel’s barn zombies will be freed.
2) Hershel will be eaten.
3) No one will be working on Maggie’s farm no more, as Maggie will be moving on with Glenn and the others.
AMC says of “Pretty Much Dead Already”:
Hershel sets a deadline. All secrets are out in the open. Glenn stands up for himself and Shane takes charge.
