ahdvd- No one cares??? That's why Star Wars continues to rake in money. Many will still see this. Big jim- Your right, I just checked that article posting and it's dated 9/28/11. WTF?! I don't remember them talking about this at all. I even think I seen an article a little while back about movies that should be re released a la Lion King 3-d and there was no mention of it at all. I for one will see these as they are released one a year starting in February. I know Jar Jar is racist(which made me like him more), I know both Anakins were whiny, I know no one gives a F*** or remembers mediachlorides(or however you spell it), I just know that one more time seeing Empire on the big screen, in 3-d no less, is worth sitting through a few Lucas tweaks. The good definitely out weigh the bad.

When explaining why there was a wait for these versions of well known movies they said they came from Sweden. So it had been completed by the Swedes or "Sweded".

I first heard about it roughly a year ago and have heard this and that now and again since, but I'm not paying that close attention to news on it. From what I remember they will be doing one film every 6 months or a year, starting from episode 1. Since I have no desire to see any of them except Star Wars (yeah, I still refer to it by its original title) & Empire, which are still at least a year away, I'm not paying much attention to "news" on this story.

the plan was one movie a year, which puts New Hope at 2015, but now they say theyll wait and see how TPM does before they decide to do more. Lucas said Star Wars will be in 3D in February, but he was mistakenly mentioned seeing Vader, because Vader aint in TPM.
