Sure It's Only 15 Seconds,
But It's 15 Seconds
Of New SHERLOCK!!

Merrick here...

CultFix has YouTubed a very brief clip from  the next set of SHERLOCK TV movies.  These follow last year's brilliantly modernized adaptations of  Arthur Conan Doyle source material.

Wave 1 included "The Great Game," "The Blind Banker," and "A Study in Pink."  I very much loved "The Great Game" and "A Study in Pink," but felt "The Blind Banker" lacked the crispness, spunk, and certainty of reinvention possessed by its companion installments.  The others were cool and vital - "Banker" felt tired.

The second wave of stories will include "A Scandal in Belgravia," "The Hound of the Baskervilles," and "The Reichenbach Fall."

Here's a tease...

Series 1 of SHERLOCK  is available HERE U.S. and HERE in the U.K. and is streamable via Netflix.  The show is created and Executive Produced by Steven Moffat (some guy who makes DOCTOR WHO now) and Mark Gatiss (writer on THE LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN, DOCTOR WHO, and a rather fine actor as well).

Both Benedict Cumberbatch (Holmes) and Martin Freeman (Watson) are a part of Peter Jackson's upcoming HOBBIT film - Cumberbatch as the voice of Smaug the dragon, and Freeman plays protagonist Bilbo.
