Funny Shit, HF!!
Air Force One 2. "Get off my damn plane....AGAIN!"
-
July 28, 2011, 5:03 a.m. CST
its nice to see him loosen up a little and embrace his past. In interviews sometimes its like he is embarrassed about his past.

The Mimic director's cut's actually happening?? Holy shit! I thought they'd destroyed all the cut footage. I'm a happy fanboy.
-
...let him self go. Botox! Stat!
-
I do believe that's a new AICN talkback name in the making.
-
Best reunite I've seen in a long long time!!!

More entertaining than any Harrison Ford movie of the last two decades.......
by spadge1976
-
He obviously just couldn't be bothered to bust them out for the films he's worked on over the last decade.
-
I didn't know that Ford could be that hilarious. Props to whoever wrote that bit for him.
-
It's the "Character" he plays to avoid getting stage fright.
-
I need 30 more years of Harrison Ford, at least.
-
seems much more relaxed in the last few interviews. Not as stiff and anxious. Good to see
-
Ford really sold the shit out of that sketch!
-
Maybe working with professionals has changed his old man demeanor.
-
Old folks have problems like that. George Foreman had the same problem whenever ya jabbed him in the gut....
-
Epic.
-
'Cos this guys really funny. First the Favreau interview, now this. Read a "Witness" retropsective in 'Empire' magazine and gonna watch that again soon. What's the internal temperature of a Tauntaun? Luke warm. PMSLROFLLMAO
-
i admit i laughed outloud at that joke, its sorta silly but i couldnt help it. thanks. :P
-
...which is weird, because I wasn't drinking milk.
-
Glad that Harrison Ford seems happier now or more alert or whatever...maybe it was just a health issue, mental or otherwise.

What's it called when Harrison Ford whacks off? ------ A Hand Solo...
by MARCEL_THE_NEGRO_PROJECTIONIST
I'll be here all week.
-
He's yelling and showing some real emotion here, he hasn't acted this well in years.
-
that entire skit was great...
-
The heinous prequels don't exist in this dojo.
-
Sounds like "Kenny, kennel up!" And nice to see he can still rock the angry finger point, too...
-
He brought it to that skit. Great seeing Han and Chewie back together again. Imagine if Lucas had made sequels instead of prequels....Depressing to think about.

Absoloutely Brilliant! Thanks for posting. CHEWIE GOTTA EAT
by SmokieGeezer
-
What a great actor. I miss him...
-
Future breakout star on Kimmel. Very nice dude, super insecure, seems like he ate mushrooms every day in highschool, wants everyone to be happy, probably pooped himself while Ford was screaming at him.
-
You saw the prequels right? They were pretty damned terrible. There is no reason to think sequels would have been any different....only it would have been characters we used to love being butt fucked by Lucas. So I say A-FUCKING-MEN he went the prequel route.
-
Buuno: "Can I ask you a question?" Ford: "GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME!!"
-
Actually it was Jon Kimmel, Jimmy's brother and a writer on the show
-
"I done with that Star Wars crap!" Hahahahahahahahah!
-
That was great!, he was really cool with all the fans outside Kimmel that day as well. Signing multiple Autographs for everyone there and even taking photos with those who asked him.
-
Harrison Ford on Jimmy Kimmel is always gold

To all the guys with new usernames: You spelled Wookiee wrong!
by ShiftyEyedDog
that goes for wookie_bitch, daniel_craigs_my_wookie_bitch, and anyone else... There are TWO E's in Wookiee
-
On the talk show circuit. Atleast for the past two decades. Google "Harrison Ford Star Wars Conan" and click the YouTube link. It's about a half a decade old, it's funny and he even addresses his supposed "grumpy" persona.
-
That was my wife, and she is still coughing up hairballs
-
They always recycle the same Hollywood Blvd superheroes, figured it was the same dude from the diving sketch with Kara Dioguardi and the Hollywood Reporter thing.

Harrison Ford yelling at Chewbacca. I never realized how much I missed that until now.
by Margot Tenenbaum
Maybe if they make Indiana Jones 5 he can just yell at Shia le Beaux for two hours. And make him cry so very much. Sweet tears of talentlessness.
-

He was better in that than most of his movies in last 15 yrs
by ThrowMeTheIdol
I'd pay to see him as an ageing Han Solo taking revenge on people who killed Luke.

Did anyone see the Trailer for Old Repiblic 'Hope of Alderan'?
by LargoJr
Make THOSE stories into a move.. now THAT is some shit I would be willing to pay to see. Just don't let Lucas near it.
-
I watched the Kimmel Show video then scrolled down the page rather gingerly only to have my fanboy peepers light up like the 4th of July when they affixed upon that Mimic "directors cut" blu-ray. I was completely unaware of an existing Del Toro directors cut much less it's availability in high-def. HUGE fan of this movie and it's also cool to get a blu-ray cover that doesn't suck.
-
Really, you guys? You want MORE sequels? Did you learn nothing from the prequels? Or are are you just masochistic?
-

So...what? Is he saying Callista Flockhart gave Chewie a beejer?
by Clavius
Probably the most protein that chick has had in a decade.

Calista still isn't his wife, is she? Must have been Melissa Matheson

@shiftyeyeddog Wookie has 2 'E's the same way that ROTJ has Hayden Christensen and Greedo shoots first.

I'll never forget the box office window at the theater for Air Force One
by Xen11
Customer: One for Air Force One. Employee: One? Custumer: One. Over and over.
-
some of the stories Mark Hamill told were great, like how Harrison would be dancing around their dressing room singing camply to disco, and if someone would come in he'd go all serious and deadpan, then when they left he'd just carry straight on. He's just playing the game. And don't forget that lost weekend of his during the divorce, when he drank most of Mexico and hung out with tourists. The grumpy is just a mix of not being arsed and a little bit of theatrics. He is just going through the motions these days but that happens.
-
July 29, 2011, 8:30 a.m. CST
@highfunction.... How so? Wookiee has ALWAYS been spelled with 2 E's
by ShiftyEyedDog
Your other examples are changes made later you choose to ignore. But Wookiee has always been spelled that way since the very beginning. Do you also choose to believe the world is flat?
-
that it's a pretty well-known fact in Hollywood that Mr. Ford is Bi. I figure it must be true cos he always wears that earring... :)
Add to that iwasinjuniorhighdickhead's (nice screen name, btw) story about him jumping around in his dressing room like some Kansas City faggot and I believe we've got confirmation...
-
July 29, 2011, 11:56 a.m. CST
@shiftyeyeddog Wookie definitely used to be spelt with just the one 'E'
by highfunctioningsociopath
And GL said it was an acceptable spelling. And when I was a kid, I only ever remember the one 'E'. I couldn't find any definite information about when they started spelling it with two, but it looks like it depended on what publication you were reading.
-
yep..
-
Wrong. Always been spelled "wookiee." Also has been misspelled by many as "wookie" since 1977, most famously by Del Rey. That's why you've seen it the other way.
-
What acting. We haven't seen that much life in him in 20 years.
-
I've wanted to see Ford do scenes like this for years. I think he brought the emotion here because he actually had something to say, unlike in all the 'for the paycheck' movies he's done in the last 20 years. Yeah, he's given us some brilliant performances scattered amongst those, but he was always capable of so much more when he could get passionate about the project.
-
Fantastic.
