I'm a sucker for childish language in comedies. When wielded well we get brilliant, quotable cussing in flicks like The Big Lebowski, Bad Santa and Blazing Saddles. Sometimes you get cursing for the sake of cursing and it just comes across as lazy writing.
I can't quite tell which side of the fucking fence Bad Teacher is on. On the one hand, I laughed a lot at the trailer, so something's working, but if that's the only joke this flick has then it'll get old reeeaaaalllll quick.
From Jake Kasdan comes this comedy about (you guessed it) a bad teacher, played by Cameron Diaz, who seems to be a shallow, selfish woman with the mouth of a sailor in charge of impressionable tykes. You also have Jason Segel, Lucy Punch, Justin Timberlake, Molly Shannon and The Office's Phyllis Smith, who if the trailer is to be taken as a literal representation of the movie would seem to have a starring role.
So, yeah. I laughed, but I'm juvenile. What do you much more sophisticated people think?
