Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. EW has posted an interesting tidbit about Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar Hoover biopic set to star Leonardo DiCaprio.
Armie Hammer, who blew most of us away in David Fincher's fantastic The Social Network, is apparently in talks to join up playing Clyde Tolson, a top FBI official who was also rumored to be J. Edgar Hoover's lover. This news comes on top of The Vulture's story saying Charlize Theron was also offered a role in the flick.
Milk's Dustin Lance Black wrote the script and with this cast (even if some of it is just "potential cast" at this point) J. Edgar has now become the first Clint Eastwood-directed film that I've genuinely looked forward to in a long, long time. You?
