ScoreKeeper Announces The Winner Of The 15-CD Box Set THE MIKLÓS RÓZSA TREASURY!!

Greetings! ScoreKeeper here to announce the extremely lucky winner of a brand new 15-CD box set entitled THE MIKLÓS RÓZSA TREASURY (1949-1968) released earlier this year by Film Score Monthly. This marvelous collection (limited to 2000 copies) features twenty-four M-G-M film scores on fifteen CDs all composed by one of the premier titans of film music, Miklós Rózsa. It's by far one of my favorite releases of the year and a cherished treasure in my personal collection.

I enjoyed reading all the responses to the various questions that I posted for submission; however, I was a tad surprised how many of you got the last answer wrong. ...it's "ScoreKeeper." Regardless, if you took the time to answer the questions then your name was entered into the drawing. There are so many avid soundtrack collectors and fans of Miklós Rózsa out there that I wish I could give everybody a set. But alas, I have only one to give. I entered everybody's name into a drawing and the randomly selected winner is... (a characteristic Miklós Rózsa drum roll please....)

Sigmund Kramer of Houston, Texas

Congratulations! I'll be sending out the item before the end of the week. Drop me a line someday and let me know how you're enjoying it (unless it's anything less than "A helluva lot!" then I don't really care). I may have another giveaway or two before the year is over so check back and enter for your chance to win uber-cool soundtracky goodness. For more information regarding this box set including ordering, audio samples and a complete track listing visit Screen Archives Entertainment. You can also read the complete liner notes online at FilmScoreMonthly.com.
