Holy skintight Behind the Scenes Pic of the Day, Batman!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
Today we go back to the ‘60s Batman TV show due the incredibly form fitting Batgirl costume on the lovely Yvonne Craig (or possibly her stunt woman as I'm being told by the talkbackers whose eyes are usually much sharper than my own). When I unearthed this shot my immediate thought was “Holy God! Look at that! The readers are going to love this one!”
And you better prove me right or else we’re going to have some words. You won’t get any deep understanding of how they pulled the show together, but you should get a deeper understanding of just how close this image is to geek porn. Still classy, but hotter than love, yeah? This one’s for you, male readers! Enjoy!

I was like seven years old when this was in early syndication and I swear to god almighty I can remember feeling sexually affected by seeing Yvonne as Batgirl! PERFECT BODY AND AMAZING COSTUME! It's something I remember to this day! I was also feeling all funny down there when I saw Barbera Eden. But NO WOMAN -- NO WOMAN gave me tinglies in my Underoos like BATGIRL!!

Nipples on a Batsuit and it works? Never thought I'd see the day. Maybe this is what Joel was going for in his Batman movies. Unfortunately he picked the wrong ones to go nipple-crazy on. Would have been much better on Alicia Silverstone because that girl can't act but showing nipples should have been a no-brainer for her.

It definitely COULD be her, and I think I remember her being a dancer, so she was most likely acrobatic enough to do her her own fight choreography. Too bad the series jumped the shark the season Craig came on the show. That third year is cheap-looking and awful.

Batgirl was one of the first times I can remember getting a certain feeling as a young kid. You always knew when she was in that episode because she would be in the cartoon intro. My older sister says I would cry when I didn't see her in the credits. I'll always be able to picture that tight purple spandex, that and Olivia Newton-John at the end of Grease in the black leather outfit. That's one of my earliest memories of Boner City. AAhhh, the seventies!

I use to LOVE watching the old Batman TV series when I was a little kid! I think by the time I was watching this showit was already done and over with and was shown as re-runs...not only did I think Adam West and Burt Ward were the coolest as Batman & Robin, but I also loved the fight scenes which had the cool music and the words straight out of the comics plastered on the screen too.."Pow", "Bam", "Ka-pow" etc etc. I remember thinking how I thought it would be really cool to be a bad guy like The Joker (Ceaser Romero was so cool!), The Riddler (Loved Frank Gorshin and that crazy laugh of his!)..The Peguin was kinda cool (Burgess Meridith WAS and always WILL be The Penguin as far as I am concerned)...ahhhh, but then there was Catwoman (Only Julie Newmar could play THE best Catwoman on the show..forget Ertha Kitt!) and then there was Yvvonne DeCarlo as Batgirl...two of THE hottest chicks on the TV show even back then as a 6 or 7 year old watching the show after school? They were my first onscreen kid crush :) (Ha ha!!) Nice behind the scenes pick adn thanks for posting it.
