As the political ads consume more and more of the airwaves, the president of the United States tonight goes where no other man in that office has ever dared: Jon Stewart’s studio.
Stewart, whose Rally to Restore Sanity And/Or Fear takes place in D.C. this Saturday, will tonight air on “The Daily Show” an interview with Barack Obama.
It’s Obama’s fifth appearance on the series, but only his first since taking office.
It is not the oddest place Obama has appeared of late. He stopped by ABC’s “The View” in July and will appear next month on Discovery’s “Mythbusters” to test the fabled “Archimedes Death Ray.” Not a joke!
11 p.m. Wednesday. Comedy Central.
