* FOX. “Glee” hit another new all-time high (even without the help of “American Idol”!). It’s prior personal best was a 5.6. “Glee” is now indisputably the highest rated scripted series in primetime. “Raising Hope” didn’t rise with it and “Running Wilde” lost ground, hitting the lowest score of any Tuesday series on the Big Four. “Running Wilde’s” 1.9 is cancellation-worthy, but Fox has kept sitcoms (“Til Death,” “Brothers”) on with a lot less.

* CBS. “NCIS” and “NCIS LA” both rebounded but are still down from their last fall. “The Good Wife” was down from its 3.1 season-one premiere last fall but won its timeslot for the first time since “Parenthood” premiered, besting both “Parenthood” and “Detroit 187.” “Wife’s” complete first-run track record looks like this:
2.5 - (2.0) (2.2) (2.4) (2.3) (2.2) (2.3) (2.6) (2.8) (2.7) (3.1) (2.6) (3.0) (3.0) (2.8) (2.8) (2.6) (2.8) (2.7) (2.8) (2.8) (2.9) (3.1) (3.1)
* ABC. The “No Ordinary Family” premiere was third in its timeslot with a 3.2, a little soft for an ABC sci-fi launch. ABC’s “V” premiere won that timeslot with a 5.0 last autumn. ABC’s “FlashForward” premiere won its 8 p.m. Thursday timeslot last fall with a 4.0. ABC’s final season premiere of “Lost” won its timeslot early this year with a 5.5. A newly Hoff-free “Dancing With The Stars” was down from the 4.4 it scored in the 9 p.m. slot last Tuesday but it was up if one averages both its hours from last Tuesday. “Detroit 187” slipped to an anemic 2.1 but it still (barely) beat the lowest-rated “Parenthood” ever. * NBC. “Biggest Loser,” which dominated Tuesdays all last season, just hit its lowest score since I started keeping track last September. “Parenthood,” which won its slot all last spring, hit its worst number ever. It spent its first 90 minutes in fourth place, rising to third at 9:30 p.m. by overtaking “Running Wilde.” Its prior nadir was a 2.3. * MTV. “Teen Mom” beat both NBC’s “Parenthood” and ABC’s “Detroit 187” at 10 p.m. and came dang close to beating first-place “The Good Wife” at that hour. I’m assuming this is an all-time high for the documentary series. Blame the promos on MTV’s Thursday megahit “Jersey Shore.” * FX. “Sons of Anarchy” hit its lowest score since I started keeping track last September. * THE CW. “One Tree Hill” rose a bit. “Life Unexpected” can probably expect an unexpectedly short life. * SYFY. “Stargate Universe” returned with a 0.5, way down from the 0.9 it scored with its series premiere last fall. Syfy’s Tuesday-night predecessor, “Warehouse 13,” never got below a 0.7 during its just-concluded run. SGU’s complete track record looks like this: 0.5 - (0.5) (0.4) (0.5) (0.6) (0.6) (0.6) (0.4) (0.5) (0.6) (0.6) (0.5) (0.8) (0.7) (0.7) (0.8) (0.8) (0.9) (1.0) (0.9)
First-Run Episodes of Returning Series Now On Tuesdays: 5.9 (5.6) - (4.7) (3.9) (4.8) (4.8) (4.8) (4.9) (5.2) (5.3) (5.6) (3.7) (3.6) (2.5) (3.3) Glee 3.8 (3.5) - (3.9) (2.5) (2.5) (2.4) (2.4) (2.4) (2.8) (2.5) (3.0) (4.3) (3.2) (3.5) (3.1) Dancing With The Stars 4.1 (4.0) - (3.3) (3.3) (3.9) (3.1) (3.5) (3.5) (3.5) (3.8) (4.0) (4.1) (4.3) (4.0) (4.3) NCIS 3.7 (3.4) - (2.7) (3.1) (3.3) (2.8) (3.2) (3.0) (3.2) (3.5) (3.1) (4.1) (3.6) (3.7) (3.0) NCIS LA 2.7 (2.9) - (3.9) (3.1) (3.4) (3.2) (2.8) (3.4) (3.3) (3.0) (2.8) (3.0) (2.8) (3.0) (3.2) Biggest Loser 2.5 - (2.0) (2.2) (2.4) (2.3) (2.2) (2.3) (2.6) (2.8) (2.7) (3.1) (2.6) (3.0) (3.0) (2.8) Good Wife 2.0 (2.5) (2.7) - (2.6) (2.7) (2.6) (2.5) (2.4) (2.9) (2.5) (2.6) (2.5) (2.7) (2.3) (2.6) Parenthood 1.6 (1.8) (1.8) (2.1) - (2.3) (1.7) (1.9) (1.9) (1.8) (1.8) (2.0) (1.8) (2.0) (1.9) (1.9) Sons of Anarchy 1.0 (0.9) (1.1) - (1.0) (1.1) (1.0) (1.0) (1.1) (0.9) (1.1) (1.0) (1.1) (1.1) (1.2) (1.1) One Tree Hill 0.7 (0.7) (0.8) - (0.9) (0.8) (0.9) (0.9) (1.0) (0.9) (0.8) (0.9) (0.9) (0.9) (1.0) (1.1) Life Unexpected 0.5 - (0.5) (0.4) (0.5) (0.6) (0.6) (0.6) (0.4) (0.5) (0.6) (0.6) (0.5) (0.8) (0.7) (0.7) Stargate Universe

....like a vampire.
-
I thought it was pretty good.
-
Best sitcom Fox has made since well shit uhm Married with Children. Running Wilde was no surprise at all. Arnett and Cross just dont work without Bateman; you need the straight man. That is what made AD work.
-
I can understand it though, especially when compared to last year; but with that said, I've enjoyed the attempts to make the cast a bit more relatable this season.....well, as relatable as much as they can be. I totally wasn't expecting Hal Holbrook, but man I enjoyed that short arc with Gemma....especially with what it led to, including that hilarious royal cameo. "Where's WHO!?!" I gotta admit though, I'm a bit disappointed Taryn Manning is over in Ireland and will probably be the one bringing Abel back at some point, I'd love for Trixie (still lookin' fine as hell) to come to Charming, but I hear she's on that BSG spinoff thing or whatever it is on SyFy. Darn.

And while I enjoy the Irish element this year, I gotta admit, I've had to make good use of the closed captioning. But hey, I'd rather have a difficult time understanding the dialogue than having to put up with Henry Rollins' terrible fucking acting.
-
Loved it I have been recording every one of them. Glee was solid actually. But this proves one thing that football just rocks. Some of the match ups were not that great and still were rated high.
-
i dont believe these numbers
-
EEK! I hope that number goes back up, or it will bye bye Braverman's. Good for No Ordinary Family, pretty strong number for the competition it was up against. Many assumed Biggest Loser would crush NOF, so it's good to see a reality show get smacked around and put in it's place.
-
Hate the child narrator, but a lot of laughs. Big improvement over the pilot (and I liked the pilot). "The last thing you'll see on this earth, is my tear stained face shoveling dirt onto you." "...I'm going to SEE this?"
-
I'll be very disappointed if they cancel it. I laughed more at this ep than I did last night's Modern Family.
-
Not to mention that it was 5th for the entire night. Can you look at ABC's schedule and think there are many other shows that would do that well against GLEE and NCIS?
-
So how many episodes do you think before some genius at the network decides to move NOF to another night, confusing people about when it's on, then it'll go on hiatus and then disappear forever, only to see two episodes burnt off in the summer and then never airing again until a DVD comes out calling itself NO ORDINARY FAMILY: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON Vol 1? I predict two more episodes before this landslide begins. then it's a thankful bye-bye to another genre show that moves us one more step closer to all-reality-show tv all-the-time. That's where we're headed and that's what the future holds. Get ready for it and stop hoping for any kind of genre entertainment and you'll all be better off. It's what I've resigned myself to. Any time I see a new genre show I just sort of shrug and say "cancelled." I'd love to have a little magic camera that would let me look in on American households the moment THE EVENT happened on THE EVENT, too, so we could all hear the collective "Oh, gawd," and then the sound of channels clicking over to FAT CHICKS HAVE PROBLEMS.
-
...but this week's episode was absolute garbage. Awful. I know lots of folk take issue with the kitschy-cheesy-gayee vibe of the show, but it has heart, and wit, and is at its best when it uses its pop to compliment and advance the story. Not when it slots the cast into warmed-over rehashes of music videos. Which is what this episode was in its entirety. Ugh.
-
...Bateman's straight man was crucial to the show's humor.
-
Glee would be around the 10.0 mark if not for all the gay bars that show it each week so everyone gathers together to watch. Seriously I am gay and the one I go to screens it to at least 20 people each week. I know of others that do it too.
-
Has become some of the best scripted regular broadcast TV in a long time. Running Wilde is actually the weakest of the night. Glee and Raising Hope are awesome! "I thought Dr. Pepper was a dentist"
-
This season has been a bit uneven, admittedly so I think some impatient viewers may be tuning out. However, this week showed the show was back at full strength. The Belfast situation is clearer and the meandering ACT ONE is definitely over now. Easily the best episode since last season's finale.
-
Thank you.
-
but thats not too surprising since they dont have a clear threat like the L.O.A.N. from last year

"Glee" Reaches An All-Time High Along With Herc's Cock
by derek_vinyard
"glee", huh, herc? wow. i have two words for you: "pole" and "smoker".
-
Truly one of the worst concepts for a TV series to ever actually get made. How they sold it, I will never know. "It's a show about the orphaned baby of a dead serial killer being raised by poor people. And IT"S A COMEDY!!"
This is a concpt so bad it makes the "Leonard Nimoy as a psychic race car driver" pilot seem totally sensible.
-
Wow! I really felt like a slide was in order. NOPE!

there wont be another space sci fi in a long while
by DioxholsterReturns
SGU is the only one yet got the lowest rating any TV show ever got ever. if nothing changes in the next weeks, im afraid youll find AICN announcing its cancellation, maybe then we will get a talkback.
-
Too bad the ratings are so low, could be the poorly promoted schedule change. Only diehard fans knew about it. Anyway, soon the only sci-fi to view will be movies, comics and video games
-
Terrible fucking episode; and I speak as someone who somewhat enjoyed the premiere.
-
but then I remembered I was straight and I like to fuck girls. So I didn't.
-
is the gayest show ever that and ugly betty are just so fucking gay they make ryan seacrest look straight!!!
-
glee is shit every week what else is new?
-
is sure to be cancelled i wonder if anyone will follow smackdown to syfy?
