Pics Of Dwayne Johnson's Car From FASTER!!

That book's author, Nick Nugent, dropped me the following message while also sending along pics some of our more car-oriented AICN readers might enjoy - good shots of Dwayne Johnson's ride from FASTER, which can be seen in this trailer...
Here's a portion of Nick's message, followed by a sampling of the images he sent in. I want that car - although I couldn't imagine anyone on Earth who'd look less cool behind its wheel.
The screen used '71 Chevelle(s) from the upcoming movie Faster with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson! CVS had both the "damaged" stunt version of his car (dents, bullet holes, blood on the driver's headrest) and the pristine hero version in a small garage. I snapped some photos of both, including the customized interior

You'll find this Chevelle is in fact a 71 but with the front of a 1970 bolted on. If seen only from the front people may swear it's a 70 (the more popular and collectable car) and get into a lame fight about it. It's a 71, based on the back and interior, but with a 70 front. Very likely it was ever a real SS either. That's all, you may resume your nonsense.

I can't understand why anyone would get excited by pictures of extremely mundane things, simply because they're from an upcoming movie. So The Rock's car from the movie looks like, A CAR!!! AN OLD CAR!!! My life is set now. -
Not that lame-ass kiddie Disney bullshit! He should be doing dumb-ass, bad-ass action movies. I think the dude is better than he's given credit for. I mean, you know, not like "real acting," but as an action-movie cool-guy action-dude. I guess he made some crappy ones out the gate and then played it safe in the kid zone? He should step it up and go hyperviolent b-movie action awesome stupid fun.
