ShockTillYouDrop has a trailer for THE VANISHING ON 7th STREET, which appears to be cuing on some of the more disturbing vibes from stuff like 28 DAYS LATER and LIFE AFTER PEOPLE, while incorporating a (seemingly) interesting bad thing into the mix. The picture stars Hayden Christensen, Thandie Newton, and John Leguizamo and comes to us from director Brad Anderson (SESSION 9, TRANSSIBERIAN, TV's FRINGE, HBO's forthcoming BOARDWALK EMPIRE). Here's the trailer, but you may have to make it through an annoying RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE pre-roll to see it. Looks like it could be kinda interesting - although I hope that title doesn't work against it. Sounds like a missing kid...or dude looking for his girlfriend...movie and I'm not sure how exciting that'll be to the horror/thriller crowd. Unless there's a reason for that?
