The Behind the Scenes Pic of the Day features a fresh fish! Vintage bestiality!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
Since I went way past the reasonable line with that headline it’s a safe bet there will be a whole new and most assuredly accidental audience reading today’s column. It’s nice to have you animal lovers. I don’t judge.
It’s time for a nice, goofy pic which today comes courtesy of REVENGE OF THE CREATURE, the Creature from the Black Lagoon sequel.
As you can see, the fish has some killer moves that he’s laying on a hot scuba chick (is that Lori Nelson? Can’t tell). Oh, to be young and in love!
Here’s the pic:

If you have a pic you think should be included email me. I’m looking for the iconic, the rare or the just plain cool behind the scenes shots to feature here.
Tomorrow’s Behind the Scenes pic wants to rule the galaxy as father and son!

You'll lay my eggs and I'll watch over them.
-
Ha. Terrible headline.
-
REALLY wanna see a Gill Man getting freaky with a chick?...Then watch "Humanoids From The Deep" (The original version). I just re-watched the new blu-ray last night. Awesome shit.
-
And he's copping a feel on a nice piece of ass too. Well done!
-
is probably dead. sad.

...baby, and I will my copious manfish milt upon them!

Creature from the Black Lagoon and Rocky are probably my top 2 favorite movies ever. This pic is awesome.
-
...mmmmm.
-
She's frenching the fuck out of that fish!
-
...out of control.
-
...i'm surprised they haven't remade Creature from the black lagoon yet.
-
That's a pretty pic. This feature is a lot of fun. A great series of photos over that last month or so.
-
Lori Nelson, who starred in "Revenge of the Creature" and who Quint IDs as the likely subject with the very nice ass, is very much alive and still acting. She turns 77 next week (August 15) and she is still too hot for the likes of me and my fellow TalkBack fanboys.

Will you be rocking a Horror Movie A Day month in October? and of course what is going on with "The Home". there been little to no news abotu this this year. I know the economy is in the shitter, and the industry is still very content with making remake horror titles, but ever since I saw that art work and read the premise for this project of yours with a possible Weta Jackson team up. I was really excited, and now the news has pretty much dried up. Come on Weta/Jackson, This film needs to happen. Wish I could Read the script.
-
Looks like she's loving it too. Those 50's chicks could get freaky!
-
back on the screens in the 80's. I wish Carpenter would resubmit another bid to Universal to try it again. The creature needs to return. Maybe Rob Zombie's House of 1,000 Corpses Halloween Horror Nights Project at Universal will open up talks on this property. Universal are you listening.
-
Stay tuned. Lots of movement over the last few months. A cool announcement is in the works. Soon, movie gods willing!

I think you'll see the return of AMAD: Horror Edition come October 1st. That's the plan, anyway.
-
Seriously. When I was a kid I kew there weren't really vampires or werewolves, or Godzilla, but mutated fish men? The jury was still out.
-
Weird-ass shit you never even guessed would take place on set
-
as well, or Frank Darabount, or Romero. I still believe in George A. Romero. I'd even settle for Bill Malone/Joe Johnston/Tobe Hopper. I guess a really wild guy to put in charge of a creature remake would be Paul Verhoeven, but you'd have to let him make it a hard R film. Yeah Paul would be the fucking icing on the cake.

Wow! What a totally cool pic from behind the scenes of what has ALWAYS been a favorite Horror/Sci-Fi film from the 50ies!! Both "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" and "Revenge of the Creature" were highly impressionable on me as a little kid watching such films either late at night watching the show Creature features (with Host Bob Wilkins) a huge bowl of popcorn and the lights turned off...or....watching them on a Saturday Afternoon on the "Chiller Diller Matinee"....sure if you watch the films nowadays? The acting is totally 50ies style cornball, the storyline is kinda goofy, but still enjoyable..and then there is The Creature himself...still awesome looking after what? Over 50 years of cinema history? All I have to say is...if an actual Remake/Re-boot is ever going to be made? I hope to HELL that they find a Movie Producer/Director who loves the old films and does a film that is made with respect and a grateful nod to the past while bring The Creature into the 21st Century (Hello? Mr Del Torro, are you out there??)

always made think they patterned the monster after the creature.
-
Well of course there'd be a "peeping tom" scene with the gillman outside of a window looking at a shapely lady changing out of her swimsuit, with LOTSA nudity. And the gillman staring, gills furiously "breathing" in and out.
-
Took all morning.
-
funny and fitting.
loved this flick on creature double feature every saturday morning on tv 38. well not every saturday. they would also show the Amazing Colossal Man big time.
-
I vote "yes" on this photo.
lol!
