Maybe it's a trio of geeks up at this hour. Of course, it's only 12:28 a.m. here on the West Coast.

A Goddamn MILF Fiesta, This Is...

    by leto iii

Can't wait to have both of them back, even though last season was probably THE OFFICE's worst one to date.Melora Hardin is possibly the smoking-hottest piece of ass on television right now, of any age actress. And I'll fight anyone who says otherwise. Fight, I said.

    TWO Steve Carrell finales

    by locooso

You know it's going to happen. This season finale will be Michael's goodbye episode, but NBC will give him a pile of money to return for The Office series finale two years later - at least that's my prediction after the show's decline will become even more rapid following Carrell's departure. Can't wait for all the Jim/Pam/kid comedy on our way. Of course maybe the show will turn it around and be great after Steve Carrell is replaced by - WAIT FOR IT - Jon Lovitz. And yes, I'm kidding and yet sadly would not be surprised.

    The Office will get "Scrubbed"

    by tstewie

The show will continue after Carrell's departure. They have been building all of the secondary characters so there will still be plenty of Office antics to ensue, but it won't be the same. I for one actually enjoyed the last half-season semi-spinoff of "Scrubs," and I bet some people (a lot more than Scrubs fans) will enjoy the post-Carrell Office. So, it will be interesting to see how long they can keep it going. This past season was a little rocky, still some great episodes but too many mediocre, but I thought many times that the show would benefit from an end date. They could use Carrell's departure, as Scrubs could have used Zach Braff's but they probably won't.

    She was Marty's McFly's girlfriend. . .

    by nice marmot

. . . until Marty was no longer played by Eric Stoltz. She lost the gig because she was taller than Michael J. Fox. But who isn't? Definitely a smokin' hot milf!!!

    Holly VS Jan SHOWDOWN

    by cheif brody

Considering Steve Carrell has publicly stated over and over again that he doesn't want Michael Scott's exit to be "a big deal", (Fired, Death, Scandal, etc)...I have a feeling Michael's departure will simply revolve around a simple choice.
    Holly or Jan?
I think the season will open with Michael having resolved his relationship with the married chick from last season. Naurally, he's depressed and alone as usual.
Hope springs forth when Sabre moves Holly back to Scranton (possibly getting training from Tobey, or, training Tobey?) on the new Human Resource procedures. She & Michael hit it off...Holly's now single...etc...half the season goes swimmingly for the reunited pair.
    Enter Jan and her baby.
Love triangle arises. Jan says she can't raise the kid by herself anymore...and asks Michael to marry her.
Season finale culminates with Michael making the difficult decision to follow Holly to her new assignment at Sabre Corp. in Spokane, Washington. Period.
Two seasons later he returns for a cameo episode when THE OFFICE's ratings are in the shitter.
The show is not renewed...even after a lower rated Ricky Gervais cameo.
    The End.

    Post-Michael Office...

    by jjwalrus

While I hope that they close up shop at the end of season 7, and ending on a relative high-note.... I will still watch if they don't. The Office seems to be best when turned on it's ear a bit (for example the Michael Scott Paper Company) so some sort of shakeup might be exactly what's needed. I'll reserve judgement until we see how a post Michael Office shapes up.

It will end after just one season without Carell...

    by danger_diabolik_

Scott's not the best character in my opinion....but he's the focal point....it just cannot go on without him, unless the writers get together and come up with something really clever that maintains (or preferably) rejuvenates the series...we've seen Schrute in charge (albeit very temporarily) at the end of Season 3...could be interesting...plus, I read in an interview with Ricky Gervais, that he was definitely making an appearance in at least one entire episode....
