It looks like a return to form for a show that has been flailing for the past two seasons. I just wish Conrad was back, but that would not make a lot of sense I guess.

Weeds is one of my favorite shows on TV right now and this looks to continue the trend! You can never predict where this show will go next which is one thing that is so great about it. It's also just damn funny with great characters! Andy knocking the cup out of Nancy's hand was the best part! So long overdue!

Everything that made this show awesome has been pretty much excised. The only reason I'll watch this shitshow is because I need the closure of seeing Nancy Botwin murdered...

Weeds was best when it was a comedy. All this tacked on fake drama is killing my high, yo! With that said I'll be watching with bong in hand.

If they're bopping around North America to get away from the drug kingpin, it's *possible* they could run into/track down Conrad and Heylia. But unfortunately, Romany Malco's involvement with "No Ordinary Family" would *seem* to preclude that...though it's a cable series on its own schedule, so I guess anything's possible.

I love weeds and I've been perfectly satified with every season but that's not what I want to talk about and it seems appropriate to do it here. Medical marijuana will be on the ballot in novermber for Arizona and full blown legalization is on the ballot in november for California. Be sure to register to vote in time and spread the word. Visit www.mmp.org for more info. If you know someone who is still on the fence on the issue, have them watch the documentary "The Union: The Business of Getting High". If you have Netflix you can stream it for free to your pc, Xbox360, PS3 or Wii. My siter was angainst legalization of marijuana before I reccommended watching that documentary and now she fully supports it. California, the rest of the county is counting on you to start the end of marijuana prohibition and right now you're at the tipping point.

This show has taken a turn for the worse. It used to be one of the shows that I really looked forward to, but last season was extremely pedestrian and the upcoming season looks to be the same - if not worse. This trailer didn't do much to change my opinion on the matter.

Some great stuff on the way via Comic-Con. John Lithgow was great, but next season will top that, picks up right where the last left off.

Both that trailer and Mary Louise Parker (maybe everyone else too) don't even seem to be trying, and I know the show has a mostly laid back feel and pace.

I like the show but Nancy seems like one of the most selfish cunts I've ever seen on tv. She can justify anything. Murder, human drug trafficing, arson...all for her needs. Loved the show to start but the writers are turning her into a giant cunt.

It took me a second to relize what you were talking about. First of all, I personally am mostly indifferent to the illegal immigrant issue. Second, people don't have problem with people immigrating here. Third, I realize the new law thta was instated is going to create some racial profiling [which sucks] but as long as you speak decent english it shouldn't be an issue. Fourth, uh, if marijuana was legal, there would be a lot less problems in Arizona, at the border, and in north Mexico. By keeping pot illegal, we're stuffing the pockets of mexican drug lords, who in turn are slaughtering innocents that live down there. More people are dying from being murdered by those assholes that we're empowering than are dying from trying to get here... and maybe, just maybe, some of them wouldn't be trying so hard to get here if it wasn't for the shittyness american cannabis prohibition causes down there, smart ass.

As soon as she started dating the DEA agent everything that made Weeds initially interesting immediately died.
Apparently it's since "evolved" into something else -- something that appears to be insanely over the top and almost comicbook-esque -- but I never was able to bring myself to watch it again.
The episode where the black dudes are going on and on about Mary-Louise Parker's flat ass being a ba-donka-donk killed any last bit of realism for me. -
as is jumping the shark, which goes back to the Fonzy days. Egads, I'm getting old.

It's interesting how people keep comparing Breaking Bad and Weeds, even though Breaking Bad is a dark drama with occasional comedic bits and Weeds is acomedy with occasional dark parts.

I think people should have to immigrate legally as well, and I am not against legalizing weed, though I don't indulge in it. If those in power in the US were going to be the ones making all the money off of it, it would have been done a long time ago. Just commenting on how it's a little crazy that in our society we are arguing over outlawing people and legalizing drugs. A little strange, no more, no less.

Except in the Client when she wasn't supposed to be, but this is one of the laziest shows on tv. They can come up with an interesting scenario, but can't write through it. Hmmm, we don't know what to do with these characters; lets burn the town down and start over somewhere else. Well now we don't know what to do again, well we'll just fast forward 6 months where the plot will be easier to resolve. Wait, we still don't know what to do... Well lets just have one of them kill someone so they have to relocate again. We'll make up some new characters but keep Kevin Nealon and the Mexicans who tested well. It was an interesting idea and the girl is hot and there are good actors, but the writing is just awful. Just awful.
