Facebook's MAFIA WARS Heading To The Big Screen??

Seems someone out there is thinking of making a movie based on that MAFIA WARS game you can play on Facebook. And that's the extent of my knowledge about MAFIA WARS - it's a game on Facebook. All I know is: my friends are constantly doing this, finding that, and needing help with stuff and I get notifications about it which irritate the crap out of me because I don't really care how they're progressing in their game, what their characters need help with, etc. I log onto Facebook to connect with people, not learn their gaming stats (yes, I know I can filter this info out - and have done so).

Details are scant on the project, as what could the details possibly involve besides the logline, “crime thriller based on the popular video game.” Ted Field and Radar Pictures are developing the project, and given Radar Pictures’s recent output — Swing Vote, The Invention of Lying, All About Steve, Everybody’s Fine, and The Box — I wouldn’t buy a lot of HSX stock based on the idea.
