The Dec. 16 release date next year for the "Sherlock" sequel was shown on a slide during a presentation here Thursday by Warner chairman and CEO Barry Meyer. His appearance was part of TW's investor day....says THR HERE. Other notable reveals: a FLASH adaptation is evidently close to getting a "go", and the Chris Nolan shepherded SUPERMAN film is being positioned for a Holiday 2012 release. Check the article for a rundown of other titles touched on by Mr. Meyer, including RED RIDING HOOD, HAPPY FEET 2, and the JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH sequel. An impressively Geektastic line-up, I must say.
