Reminder!! The Deadline For Vern's Yippee Ki-Yay Moviegoer Video Contest Is Approaching!!

..with a quick reminder re: the rapidly encroaching deadline for Vern's Yippee Ki-Yay Moviegoer contest; said contest heralds the arrival of his new book called, astonishingly enough, YIPPEE KI-YAY MOVIEGOER (available HERE). My copy of the tome just arrived - I was hoping to share a few more details about it with you, but I've only had about four minutes to glance through it before posting this article. However, it seems to be choc full o' full of Vernness. If you love his superlative reviews and perspectives here on the site, this title can't be recommended highly enough. As mentioned above, the fine folks over at Titan Books have launched a video contest - essentially a tribute/homage to "badass cinema". Its deadline is Tuesday May 18th - which isn't a great deal of time. However, I've seen the amazing and creative vids you guys are capable of generating in very short order, so I'd say to you - go for it! It's really not too late!
