How can you not root for these two? When has a team had such natural enthusiasm for the game, along with demonstrating skill, not just luck? Brent and Caite - meh - I give them kudos for making it to the final 3. It was actually a smart tactic for them to yield the lesbian team, despite everyone's protest over it.

How does being able to read a city map absolve her of her rambling brain-fart of a response to the question of why 20% of Americans can't find the US on a world map? Funny thing is, as dumb as everyone thinks she is, I think between her and her boyfriend, she's obviously the brains in that pairing. <p><br>"It was actually a smart tactic for them to yield the lesbian team, despite everyone's protest over it." <p>I agree. Even though we all know they did it for personal reasons, it was also a good move strategically. They had no idea where the cops or brothers were so could only assume they were behind those teams. Even though the cowboys and lesbians were behind them, they didn't know how far behind. The cowboys had already proven they could be given an extra task and still come first. U-turning them would slow them down, but enough to eliminate them? Debatable. It really is in the best interest of a team that could be in third place, fighting for no worse than fourth, with two teams possibly only minutes behind them, to U-turn the team that will most likely have the harder time catching up. Despite what the lesbians would have everyone believe, never having won a leg was the best reason of all to u-turn them.

I will have lost all faith in humanity. The moron beauty queen and her loser boyfriend and the two weeping brothers should have gotten the boot weeks ago. Go Cowboys, indeed. They have been fierce but fair competitors through the entire race.

What horrible human beings the lesbians were!<p> I love how after they got U-turned they said "She had no reason to do that to us."<p> What vile company must they keep that they can't see what horrible human beings they are? They are just vile, petty people. No one liked them and yet you presume they have friends in the real world. Have none of their friends pointed out to them what miserable people they are? Or, are their friends a mutual asshole appreciation society?<p> They were so smug and self-centered it'll take decades of therapy to reform them into merely passable members of society. <p> Ugg. I pity the people in the eliminated group that had to live with the two of them these last few weeks. Just so bitter and lacking any redeemable qualities.

Boston Rob, while annoying, was impressive. I still can't get over how he got most of the racers to take a 4hr penalty on a RoadBlock he couldn't do himself. <p> How the F; did he talk them all into that?

Most of the time you just need to do some stupid stunt to move on, then it all comes down to yelling at Asian cab drivers. Not exactly a show where you need a lot of brainpower to advance.

Boston Rob didn't bother me too much. It was interesting watching him try and eff with the other racers.

The kind of people who, if you aren't exactly like them, they have no use for you and actually look down on you for not being them.<p> fiester, there is a lot of luck involved, especially when it comes to cabs. However, last season the team that won came from behind because they were better at counting than the other two teams. And, although they didn't have it last time, on the final leg there's usually that memory challenge where you have to associate images from the race and place them in order. So we'll see how well she does at that.

We've been rooting for them ever since the beginning. They never fight, they reason stuff out, the only task I've seen them have trouble with was the drumming, they've never been mean to another team, they deserve to win.

As for the first class dispute, here are the rules concerning that: "Teams are required to purchase economy class airfare when they fly, using the credit card provided by the show. Teams may ask the airlines to upgrade their tickets to first or business class as long as they only pay economy fare. Teams may be forbidden from flying on certain airlines or restricted to specific airlines in some cases." I was hoping the cowboys would win, and not the whiny brothers. Oh, well.

I've been pulling for the cowboys since the beginning, so I hated to see them lose, especially to the weepy, whiny brothers. But, the brothers outplayed them the last leg. That first-class jump was a good move. Carol and Brandy showed their asses yet again. I hate those two.

I have been a viewer and a huge fan since episode one of season one. Absolutely love the show. One thing that I do think they need to add, though, is a reunion show, much like Survivor or even to a lesser extent, Big Brother. A one hour finale? Not good enough. Should be two hours and a wrap up, or at least one hour and the wrap up/reunion. <P> Also, after all of the years it has been going, this is the first time I remember the downright anger we saw at the end by Brandy the lesbian. Absolutely humiliated herself. Like Caite or hate her, she DID shut lesbo Brandy up, rather great verbal slap, would not have minded an actual physical one. <P> I, too, hoped the cowboys would win, but it is what it is. Lesbians, primarily Brandy, need to just go away... or appear on a reunion show.

So... trying to figure out... which is pettier, the one not applauding Brent and Katie at all or the one slow, sarcastic applauding them? Class act, ladies! The only thing that could make you classier would be... why, yes, a whining snit fit at the finish line! What has it been.... 14 seasons? Anf almost every season someone gets screwed out of the race with a U-Turn. And in all those seasons the number of people to turn into poor sport babies about it is... oh... just you. Awesome!<br><br> And after the end I looked up an interview with them where they insist that aside from the start of race comment and there rant after the U-turn they were nothing but respectful and nice to Brent and Katie. HAHAHAHA!!! Wow. Their definitions of nice and respectful must be way off.

so the Jet and Cord can come back. They are truly one of the very best teams in TAR history. I'm so sad the brothers won. Just a couple of whiny bitches. And even though the whole "backpack as a placeholder" thing isn't what set the cowboys back (honestly, when does the last leg NOT come down to the quality of the taxi driver?!?), I still can't believe the brothers THOUGHT that was OK? Seriously?!?!

I think that's really where it was won, not by the line cutting in the airport (which was a petty bitch move), nor the 1st class hopping. Having notes like the whiny bros. did probably made it a breeze. I'm not enough of a fan to know, but unless the contestants get special treatment, boarding and customs would negate much of any advantage gained.<br><br>Even though the cowboys didn't win, at least they left with their dignity intact, which the lesbians could never claim in a million years. Unpleasant, vile, and poor sports to the end. U-turns and bad cab drivers (sorry, Caite) are part of the game.

Can you believe how much poise Jet showed when Dan was standing in his way at Lucasfilm? I would have trouble not hauling off and shoving him into space. The cowboys truly are a class act. I was dying laughing when Cord was saying, "Four 90 degree turns. Ballet move. Backflip." Then Jordan tried to do it back proved how whiny and unfunny he is.

...because the brothers moved up to first class. So really, their admittedly messed up move in the ticket line didn't make any difference. The cowboys ended up beating Brent and Katie, anyway. This was (seriously) the first season of this show I've ever watched and I really dug it. My favorite four, maybe even five, teams finished in the top four of five. The lesbian couple were just nasty people, period. Glad they got u-turned and didn't finish the race. And I'm glad it was Brent and Katie who did it (even though they really aren't the brightest bulbs in the pack).
