Now... I'm not entirely sure what is a going on at the CARTOON NETWORK in regards to THE SCOOBY DOO PROJECT, but I do know that these three trailers I'm linking to you below are soooooo cool, that if you ain't dripping with cool vapor... well... Garsh, what's wrong with ya? Warning... these clips may be more intense than you are expecting... especially Clip two below. I warn you... only because of the profound sense of loss I felt watching... listening... all alone here at my computer... God be with you...

    Wow...

Well, at the next Genius Convention, I fully expect to meet whoever it is that recently injected Cartoon Network with such insanely smart satirical wit. I've always wanted to like the network, but with the exception of an occasional POWDERPUFF GIRLS, SPACE GHOST COAST TO COAST, or BATMAN rerun, I've been mostly disappointed by their bland offerings. Now we have this SCOOBY DOO deconstruction hot on the heels of the supremely funny YOGI BEAR special. Thanks, guys... you make me feel eight years old in all the right ways. "Moriarty" out.

    No, It's Not

    by moriarty

I mean, it may be in part a promotional gimmick, but it's also a full-blown parody of not only BWP but SCOOBY itself. The segments are going to be cut into a 24-hour marathon of classic SD episodes, and by the end of the day, will add up to a pretty definitive scene for scene parody. If you grew up with the characters, it's going to be fun. Won't change the world, but I plan to see it and enjoy. "Moriarty" out.

    Is this for real?

    by chuck beckett

I remember hearing about "Scooby Doo" and his friends disappearing, I think from my cousin who saw something about it on Jenny Jones.
    Scary stuff, I tell ya.

    24 hours?

    by bravenewsquirrel

The ads that have been running on the Cartoon Network really caught my attention and got me curious. Mainly cuz I agree with Moriarty; the Blair Witch Project fits Scooby Doo so well that... well, it could be considered genius. Now, my only problem is that there's no way I could ever suffer watching a 24hour marathon of Scooby Doo. I mean, I love the show, I love the characters, etc... But, let's face it, every episode is the same episode. I'll be asleep by hour 3. So my question is: any word on if they're going to present the "Scooby Doo Project" in its entirity at some point in time?
