Paramount has been trying to get a new MIGHTY MOUSE project up and running for a while. Seems they're now redoubling their efforts, and looking for folks to make it happen.

...the studio has, over the last few months, been seeking both a new writer and a new director for "Mouse," with a number of up-and-comers on the list.

...says the L.A. Times HERE. Mighty Mouse first appeared in 1942 via "The Mouse of Tomorrow" - whose content is pretty eerie considering the war raging overseas at that time.
