    Now for some words

Well, having said that (is this some sort of habit over there with you guys, or what?), I can only say two words: WOLFGANG PETERSEN! Now if there will ever be a live-action adaption of CAPTAIN AMERICA, this is the only chap I would entrust with that property. He has the heart of a daring filmmaker, able to lend substance and suspense to a movie + he

Isn't that boat a little small to house 6 men for 2 months, as in the book? Looks like a day tripper.

    Das (Fishing) Boot

This is one I've been waiting a long time for. I read the book last year and it's a really poweful piece of journalism. I just hope they don't butcher the story too much. The book is actually 3 or 4 seperate stories which never converge, set against the backdrop of the 1991 Halloween storm. I can see how they might merge two of them (the National Guard helicopter and the central story of the Gail itself) but it would ruin it in a way. I can't see how they'd put a chapter like "The Zero Moment Point" on film. Really, go read the book just for that chapter. I won't spoil it for you. BTW, the photos of the Gail look good. I have a picture of the real one around somewhere and it looks identical.
