AICN Exclusive: Tim Blake Nelson's LEAVES OF GRASS poster with Ed Norton x 2!!!
Hey folks, Harry here with a poster debut for Tim Blake Nelson's LEAVES OF GRASS where Ed Norton plays twin brothers - one, an Ivy League Professor, who is asked to help his Twin Brother, a local small time pot dealer, in taking down a local drug lord in Oklahoma. Literally everyone that I've talked to about this film LOVES it. In addition to Edward Norton, he's joined by Keri Russell, Susan Sarandon, Melanie Lynskey, Tim Blake Nelson, Ty Burrell and somebody named Richard Dreyfuss. He really does specialize in playing more than one character in a movie, doesn't he? I mean he's no Peter Sellers, but think about some of his best roles: Primal Fear, Fight Club, Hulk, the Score (well, not a big one, but he pretended to be retarded)--even American History X had him playing a guy who changes so much he was like two different guys. I'm a fan of course, but it's a really a common theme for him by now. Make that Hulk sequel, Marvel!

I can understand boycotting actors with no talent, but those are three pretty strong actors that you named, all with some incredible films under their belt. Or maybe it's some kind of kneejerk aversion to outspoken Hollywood democrats? Just curious, that's all.

Now that would have been interesting to see how his ex neo nazi character copes with the loss of his brother while trying to resist the temptation of rejoining the skinheads.instead we get "Ed Norton's Twins".Fuck this shit.

an amazing genius to be confined to just one role, and its accompanyingly small screen time! Norton must devour the movie, showing off his incredible range and dynamism! (I hope he was in charge of any rewrites, too.)

we need a "Hulk 2" or a Hulk "sequel" as if Ang Lee's film never happened.A Hulk 3-D might be the only thing that can make that franchise more successful. A CGI/ motion capture character with NO VOICE is kind of pointless. They can keep throwing money at it but it's never going to do the numbers the other Marvel characters have. Maybe after the Avengers?

I do not understand why this would be the final poster art when the original poster concept is super badass (Google it!). That new poster (or cover art) is ugly. Sometimes I think the studios want their movies to fail.

because moviemenace, the original poster,as stylish (if somewhat boring) as it is, says absolutely nothing about the tone or style of the film. i.e a southern fried vulgar screwball comedy. The original looks like its for a sequel to Primal Fear. Can you honestly looks at that original poster and tell me that its selling a comedy?
