Check Out This Raw Footage From THE EXPENDABLES!!

ABking pointed us towards the following YouTube: it's raw footage from THE EXPENDABLES.
It's super-mega-critially important to note that this is completely unrefined material (not color corrected, no proper sound mix, the stuff here isn't even edited (in the crane-down towards Sly and the girl - notice how you can't see either actors' face for long periods of time).
In fact, this is so raw I hesitated to even post it at all. But, in the end, it's an interesting enough ...albeit quick...sense of what we'll get when the final product hits theaters in 2010, and a cool look at how EXPENDABLES footage comes across before Sly, editors Ken Blackwell and Paul Harb, and cinematographer Jeffrey L. Kimball (TOP GUN, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE II) finish working their post-production magic.

Raw footage makes everyone cringe and instantly think it's gonna suck.
From what I saw, there are undoubtedly a number of other cameras on the action, put in some great sound effects, the right music and some editing to kill some of the dead space and you've got a movie.Everyone complaining would be very disappointed if they ever went to see any movie, stage production or concert being done behind the scenes. Everything is done on the cheap, isn't real and made for your entertainment. As STYX said, "it's a grand illusion". -

I love seeing this stuff, showing the production as it is happening, watching grown men play pretend. It's like just a couple levels below watching Michael Jackson create his show in This Is It.

shortest game of cops and robbers ever. You would have six people all falling on bourbon grenades to "save everyone else" and get completely smashed. I for one would fall on no less than 4 grenades. Thats just the kind of guy I am. A real hero ya know. I'll take 1 or 4 for the team.

today. Ok, maybe not the only, but he's the first dude that comes to mind when you think of who could play this like Bruce Willis, Segal, Stallone, or any other old bad-ass dude. The difference with Statham is that he genuinely seems to put 100% in every role he takes - even if it's shit. His passion will carry him far. It already has.
