* “Leno” for the second week in a row was fifth place in 18-49, this time behind ABC’s Janet Jackson special, CBS’ “CSI NY,” Comedy Central’s “South Park” and Bravo’s “Top Chef.” “Leno” was also again the only Big Four show Wednesday garnering a lower rating than The CW’s “America’s Next Top Model.”
* “CSI NY” nonetheless fell back sharply now that its Sweeps-stunt crossover with the other two “CSIs” is finished.
* The Jackson special easily beat the last five episodes of the now-cancelled “Eastwick” airing in the same timeslot
* Also at 10 p.m. “The Real World/Road Rules Challenge” hit its best number in weeks with a memorably dramatic episode featuring a brutal drunken brawl and Kellyanne bawling because Dunbar kept telling people he boned her.
* An 8 p.m. repeat of “Modern Family” scored better than the last four new episodes of Kelsey Grammer’s now-cancelled “Hank” (which it replaced), and helped push every other ABC sitcom above prior episodes.
* At 9 p.m. “Glee” dipped to give traditional Tuesday king “Criminal Minds” an uncontested crown.

to me to see guest-stars Elizabeth Banks and Edward Norton; or did they not advertise that at all? If it'd been on NBC, that's all the ads would have mentioned - guest stars, show title, day, time, in that order.

I was excited to watch this week's Modern Family because of the star packed episode. I was disapointed on how uneven it was. Edward Norton just doesn't seem to have any comic timing especially for the tone of the show. Banks fit in perfectly though. Luckily there is an opportunity to bring back Banks, but Norton looks to be an one shot appearance.

Yeah, Gary Unmarried won it's time slot. Granted there isn't a whole lot of competition at 8:30 on Wednesday. I love Neil Flynn, but I just haven't gotten into his show. Mercy is like Grey's Anatomy although not as entertaining (and I ain't a fan of Grey's).

about halfway through the carver crap became unbearably and the finale was awful. season 4 a lil bit better, but still lame. 5 started off good then went to shit again. way to ruin a show ryan murphy. fuck yourself.

Just to talk about how off-the-hook batshit stupid this thing is. I haven't a clue why I'm still recording and watching this crap. It's completely inane, but there's potential to be Prison Break level stupid at some point, so maybe it's got that going for it.

Better than Jenna Elfman's show...better then Community (gasp!). Why is it doing better? The new dynamic w/the radio station (HOT and funny boss-lady!!)...Paula Marshall is great (and hot...and finally, NOT killing a show!)..both his kids are standout sitcom-kids (not to be sick, but the daughter is & will be smokin' hot & she's really talented, and the boy is in the same vein as, but funnier than, Jake on 2.5 Men). I'm not sayin' it's groundbreaking, but it's well written, funny, and it has 2.5 hot women.

I'll watch just about anything with Julie Bowen in it, so I was surprised with this show when she isn't even the "HOT" chick in the show.
I've just found myself really enjoying each episode of it, though it's not something I particularly look forward to each week.
Elizabeth Banks was a smokin guest star, and I loved the kill-the-baby jokes. Ed Norton was ... weird. Channeling Scott Mosiers British accent, like the Smodcast of "The Foreigner Dude". -

No, it was just lame and uninspired, so much so neither Millar nor artist Bryan Hitch finished their final story arc. If you want "genius" FF, read the Stan & Jack, John Byrne and Mark Waid & Mike Weiringo eras.
