    Too goaty ...

    by reportabuse

Seriously though it's kind of fun though the original premise & trailer are so whacky it doesn't need the distraction of spoofing a LESS interesting film. It would be fun, though, to see a making-of featurette spoofing Cameron. You know, cast and crew gushing about the awesomeness of Heslov's vision and how it was worth waiting years for the technology to catch up with the aim of getting goats to convincingly fall over ...

    by ashen shugar

Right now all we've seen seems too good to be true. If the flick matches the ads, we've got our 21st century Big Lebowski.

    by eustisclay

...looks funny as hell. I really like Clooney, he's been taking some chances and not just appearing in cookie cutter blockbusters. He actually reminds me of a more sucessful Jeff Bridges, someone who doesn't just rely on their looks. The only reason I'm looking forward to the True Grit remake is Bridges and hope he finally gets a little respect from the academy. And what do you know, the guy's in this also.

Iron Man wasn't a good movie?

    by shabbyblue

  • Nov 05, 2009 1:10:55 PM CST

lockes is kind of right, though . . .

    by olsen twins_fan

Aside from Iron Man, the last thing that Bridges did that was good is The Contender (although I never saw Door in the Floor). And the Contender isn't all that great, but he's great in it and Joan Allen is milf-tastic.

Jeff wasn't really the star of Iron Man though

    by lockesbrokenleg

Jeff is better in the sidekick roles.
