Sadly, it will still make money. Sandler has a fanbase, like it or not. I'm just sad that films that might be funny in more capable hands keep being gifted to Sandler, who has as much charisma and acting talent as a sofa.

i've been waiting 15-plus years for this guy to make a movie that's in the spirit of "they're all gonna laugh at you!" guess i shouldn't count on that -- like ever. at least eddie murphy had a few good, funny, r-rated movies before he started with the shit.

I that movie where he has to back to school. that was great very funny, very sweet. bridget wilson is in it. billy madison. i think it was called. Saw happy gilmore. more of the same and so on. and so forth. The wedding singer remains possibly the most unfunniest film I ever seen. the waterboy same. mr deeds was sweet and funny. but no when you have close to a billion in the banks. time to retire and take apatow with you. sod off the pair of you.

Who turned who down for Inglorious Basterds, QT or Sandler. I think he would have been solid in that movie, oh well. The one with Jack Nicholson had some funny parts and January Jones as a nympho lesbian.

First when I read this article I sort of glanced over the plot synopsis, but then rereading it I did a serious double take. I mean Adam Sandler as Jack AND Jill. Dear GOD!!! Adam Sandler is one twisted motherfucker. How the fuck could ANYONE want to see that on screen? What the fuck is happening? I thought the world wasn't supposed to end till 2012? Is that the release date for this movie?

This sounds dreadful. I laughed at The Wedding Singer but then it seemed to me he kept making the same movie over and over again. Go watch Big Daddy,then Chuck and Larry, replace gay situations with kids and you have the exact same fucking movie frame for frame. And he owes me two hours back for Click! What an abortion that was.
